Oh, I wholeheartedly agree. The original Bourne trilogy are some of my favorite action movies, and this new spin-off doesn't do it any justice.

Insidious 2 was actually decent. Not scary, of course(but since when are horror movies actually scary?) But yeah, not terrible.
Now You See Me was quite a fun film. Lots of stars to go around too. The plot was silly and pretty weak though. I love the premise in any case. Makes me want to see The Prestige again.
A great, very early Saturday morning so far Silly robots. They cant have breakfast this early in the morning...
Definitely an interesting thriller. Some gruesome scenes. I read around about it after seeing it in theaters, and a lot of people had crazy Loki theories online.
Saw Wolf of Wall Street last night. One of the best films of 2013. I highly recommend seeing it. Going to see Lone Survivor tomorrow morning. .
Lone Survivor was one hell of a movie. Probably the most intense film I've ever watched. I found myself on the verge of crying at the end, I proudly say. Nobody in our theater said a word or moved pretty much the entire movie. Pretty graphic too, though. Overall, fantastic film.
Went to see "Her" the other week - 7/10 A very interesting, unusual and thought provoking film that was let down a bit by some adult content that just seemed out of place. It's billed as a sci-fi comedy. Sure, it has some laughs, but it's more a Sci-fi romance. Great acting by the stars and Scarlett Johansson has a very sexy voice. Good film.
I will definitely concede that the "adult" material didn't necessarily fit, but it's a Jonze film, after all. He loves to push boundaries and, honestly, sex talk isn't always clean and simple. Relationships do involve sex, and while I could have easily gone the movie without it, at the same time it did give the movie a bit more realism. For me, Her reminded me that there are films created today worthy of being called cinema. There have been far too few films in this century worthy of that, but Her sits up there next to No Country and There Will Be Blood with being very worthy films of all time. While it can't be directly compared to Wolf, the fact that it succeeded so far with one actor and the voice of another says so very much. Interesting bit of trivia: Spoiler Samantha Mathis was originally cast as, heh, Samantha. After the film was complete, Jonze felt something was missing and, with Samantha's okay, recast the role with ScarJo. Personally, as much as I love Mathis, I can't imagine the role without ScarJo. Another tidbit, Mathis was on set with Phoenix while they recorded their lines together.
(Sorry for taking this long to post thoughts) Love Survivor was amazing. The beginning was a little slow, but when the action started, it didn't stop. You're rooting for Wahlberg the entire time. I teared up a few times. My only complaint really, was that some of the acting seemed off in certain scenes. Overall one of the better films I've seen recently.
