Funny - I just watched Up in the Air for about the 5th time this weekend, really good movie. Jason Reitman does some good work. Really liked Thank you for Smoking, I believe he directed that as well. Kind of a similar vibe with those movies, really great.
I know right? Kendrick <3 Thank You For Smoking - Added to watch list. Anyone here seen The Last Stand? Thoughts?
Hahah, you wish Agreed. Even my wife loves that movie, and she rarely watches films like that, but she got sucked into it. Ugh. I need to watch that again too. Blargh. Far more movies I've not seen than those I have. I'm really uncertain how you would feel about the film. I loved it, and it's CRAZY insane but it's also a movie that even PTA (the director) lovers question, it's quite different from Magnolia, Boogie Nights and the like. Whoever here hasn't seen Boogie Nights needs to change that, by the by. Seriously, it's a movie well worth seeing. I can picture Kenny now. That is the dumbest thing you've ever said. No, you won't. You'll watch it now. Then watch it another 5 times and a 6th when # 2 comes out and then you'll watch them endlessly regularly. I liked Thank You more, but they are both so great. Thank you was more light, and I felt happier when all was said and done. I was really not thrilled with the ending of Air, but I'm a bit of a sap too. Either way, both are excellent films, no questions asked. Eh, Army of Shadows tonight... Maybe.... Or loded weapon? Flergh...
Lol. Well thanks I don't usually like watching films more than once though. Of course, there are exceptions Fine, I will definitely watch it tomorrow. Edit: Mods, if you find that GIF "unacceptable" please ask me to remove it and I will. I have used it before, and had to trouble from it...
Focus people. Focus. I got partially through Amelie last night, just picked up a cheap copy on Blu and haven't seen it in probably 10 years. It's very cute. Is forgotten how cute it was.
That's the French film right? Been on my watch list for ages. Love the music scores. Even tried to learn it on the piano. Disaster.
