Tonight I think I will watch my Naked Lunch that came in from Amazon today. I was possibly going to cancel the pre order for it, but I forgot and so now here it sits.

How do I turn away a criterion?

    I don't.

I also got Trainspotting when grocery shopping yesterday, $10 for a movie I never upgraded to on HD? No brainer. Plus they finally released an issue a year and a half ago that had some extras on it, so I bit.

Oh, never mind... I'm going to watch Yi Yi tonight. This weekend I'm going to force my wife to watch Django and Intouchables seems really good, although critically it seemed meh.

It's kinda a variation of Millionaire. Every time a question is answered incorrectly the amount drops. So that's why.

Did you watch it in 2D or 3D?

Didn't you say before that you didn't like Trainspotting? I've still got it and am undecided whether to watch it...

Yes good. Forceful Django watching. I like that.

Jesus no, never. It's in my top movies. I've seen it more times than I can count. I had that movie almost memorized. I freaking love every aspect of the film and the book, which I finally read about 16 years ago. God I love that film/movie.

And to note: fight club movie, amazing and awesome. Book, mediocre.

Ah my bad. I had a look bad and you were talking about Taxi Driver

I plan on re-watching Fight Club. I think I saw it on TV the first time ages ago but forgot everything mostly.

The first time I saw Fight Club was when it was airing on Cable. I had spent the night at my boss' place, he had a massive work party at his like MANSION he was renting, previously it was owned by a famous hockey player.

Anyway, I started watching almost exactly when the twist is figured out, so I NEVER got to see the movie as it should have been seen, I never got to experience the "oh damn!" of it by myself.

It's really a great film. Pitt is stellar in it, it's one of his most enjoyable roles. Watch it again. Then do it one other time with the commentary. The details and insight makes it SO much better. How awesome? Fincher, Pitt and Norton muse on the then "new" VW beetles. Awesomeness.

Ugh I need to get up. I just finished yi yi which I doubt any of you all will like. But maybe in 10-15 years when life has flipped you around a bit give it a try, it's a brilliant film.

    Naked lunch tomorrow. Sleep tonight.
