Good choice. It's what I got. Probably getting a new one this year also.

    Fair enough.

Back to movies: Probably watching Django tonight. I hope I can understand it this time, unlike Killing Them Softly...

    Look out your window.
When one doesn't know what's going on, one usually keeps watching..

I was two-thirds into the film.

I didn't know Markey and Trattmen was the same person.

I use my computer once in a blue moon. But with that said, none of these things focus on movies!!!! :p

    Focus, forum-San. Focus.

You all need those Night of the hunter. HOLY CRAP. Maybe it's because I have kids, but egads it's a flipping creeeeeeeeepy movie! Mitchum is brilliant as the preacher. Watch it. SERIOUSLY.

The reason I watched it was that my criterion sale order came in. I got Paths of Glory, Amarcord, Stagecoach and Rules of the Game. I had only seen Paths prior to the purchase, so I am hoping they'll be the hits I hope they ought to be. I've not been let down in the last while, though.

The question you should really be asking is 'Will I shit or piss myself watching this movie?'.

Not particularly. It's a thriller, rather than a horror. I'm not saying you won't be freaked out, but you won't be "scared" ala... Shaun of the dead ;)

Pffft, I wasn't scared of that movie.

I mean, I watched an ep of the Walking Dead yesterday and didn't squeal once! :D

You mean Trainspotting? Excellent movie. Taxi Driver not so much. Supposed to be a classic but man, it drags on like a SOB.
