Out of all those, I've only seen contraband and Stranger Than Fiction. Contraband was decent, nothing extraordinary, though.

I really enjoyed Stranger Than Fiction, though.

    @Ninjackid

    1. Indiana Jones, Star Wars, alien/s, shawshank etc.

Im going to not bring up the movies that should be on your list, as well as forgive and move past the fact that half these movies are actually on this list, not your HAS WATCHED list, and just give it to you by genre, what you need to watch, depending on your mood.

Does not include what I haven't seen, and anything before 2000. If its before 2000, chances are you should have already seen it, and do so

    Comedy:
    1. 21 Jump Street
    2. The Hangover (and sequels)
    3. Due Date
    4. Ted
... PotC could be considered a comedy

    Action/thriller/crime/suspense/horror
    1. Django.
    2. 3:10 to Yuma
    3. Looper
    4. Argo
    5. Skyfall, but first the the other Craig 007's
    5. Sin City (no, it's not on your list)
    5. The Departed
    6. Pirates of the Carribean
    7. Public Enemies
    8. The Town
    9. A shit ton you don't have listed

    Damn good movies:
    1. A beautiful mind
    2. Silver Linings Playbook
    3. The Million Dollar Baby (no, it's not either)
    4. The Fighter
    5. Gran Torino (don't bother looking)
    6. AW FUG IT THERE'S TOO MANY

    1. Sin City
    2. LA confidential

    Figure the rest out.

I really enjoyed Killing Them Softly.

    Oh I see.

Just watch all the "1-3's" of those lists for starters.

It would have been impossible to list more than 3 in a single list as what you should start with, so follow Kenny's little list for that

I didn't think Due Date was that good, what's 21 Jump St about?

It had me laughing. Was a year or so ago, though.

I guess Zack Galifianakis just cracks me up

    Funny shit.

Jonah Hill is reason enough to watch it.

But it, whether Due Date is or not, is good.

    Watch it.

    Look out your window.
In no particular order.. After #3

#1, by far the best I've seen: Shaun of the Dead.

I gotta go watch it now just thinking about it.

    #2 The Big Lebowski

    Don't think just watch it.

Do the same. All of you.

    Closely followed by

Groundhog Day (bill Murray) -- excellent.
40 year old virgin (Steve Carell) fantastic, a classic
Sideways (Paul giamatti, Thomas Haden church) - very good
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (Robert downey jr, some other people)
Pineapple Express (Seth rogan, James Franco)

Superbad has to get a spot

Anchorman: legend of Ron burgundy, of course

Gotta through Animal House in here somewhere, is an absolute classic. You'll recognize a ton of iconic quotes

    Honorable mentions..

    21 jump street
    The Hangover series
    The Sitter
    Step Brothers
    Knocked up

Sideways, 40 year old virgin, and Groundhog Day would go in as #3 I think

I assume you've already seen Step Brothers and Groundhog day?

Two other hilarious comedies are Walk Hard: The Legend of Dewey Cox and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.
