Well, have you seen Bruce Almighty yet?

 

I have. Some films are different, if their mainstream and everyone watches it then I usually don't care about the rating. e.g. Taken 2, Transformers, the latest PotC movie.

If it's a movie I haven't really heard about, then I do.

 

I actually only seen the first PotC and Taken movies, and never seen any Transformers flicks.

But, in my opinion, Taken was not the kind of movie you make a sequel to.

 

Crap, I just realised Zimmer did the soundtrack for Sherlock Holmes as well. What a legend.

 

I didn't think Taken was anything special. Just a fairly decent film about a dude saving his family, a bit like all the others. Not interested in the sequel. PotC is awesome though, the trilogy box set was the first thing I bought on Blu-ray several years back and it's still one of the most visually impressive things you can watch on the format.

 

Yeah, exactly. The first one was decent, a sequel to it is just superfluous.

So, the rest of the PotC movies are worth watching? I heard they all weren't as good as the first, but if you say otherwise, I'll add them to my watchlist!
