Out of nowhere! This is an absolutely instabuy for me. Love the pc game and this is perfectly for mobile! Screens are looking awesome as hell!!
Yeah can't wait!! Was a surprise announcement. Just hope they make it closer to pc version though. Wish it had the race engine off the pc version, so can see actual cars instead of just dots
Stelph, the links you put are for the pc version though... which is a lot better than mobile version. Wish they would bring the pc version to mobile though. The new version out this Thursday on mobile is more of an updated version of current mobile one... which is still great though
I don't understand why, they don't just bring the full pc version to iOS.... UI looks fine and not squashed up when viewing the vids on my ip7+.
Because pc games are not made for mobile. Performance wise and also battery wise. Most 1:1 ports drains battery like hell. I dont want that and I think they have done it amazing with version 2.

I'd assume so, previously the YouTuber had done a series of videos playing the original iOS and PC games as well as a lot of F1 game videos so not surprised that he would be sent a promo code for this to drive interest
Oh yeah. Just that most games release today, and some countries are ahead of us (U.K.) in time... so should release in some countries before we get it
Brit here - we usually see new apps pop up on thursday, plus the developer (who is also a brit) said the 13th so expecting this to drop tomorrow
