    May be NBA 2k12.
I prefer to buy four 0.99 games rather than a 3.99 game.

For me it was Navigon Europe for around 75 Euro (~ $100). Totally worth it!

TNR-i for €15.99. I only got my iPod a couple of weeks ago and the other apps I bought were all 79c, so it was a big investment to me!

I think around 7 or 8 bucks for NOVA 2 and Dead Space

Honestly haven't found anything that I've wanted above $10...

Infinity Blade (for 2.99$ during their last sale)

I'm not allowed to put money on my iTunes account, so I only get money for my apps from gift cards that I win/earn by beta testing or joining contests.
Otherwise I would probably have bought a lot more expensive apps.

(Part B - has a link to Part A if you want to see more of the actual hardware...)

For me it was "$20 for an official, near-identical software version of a $700-$1000 piece of hardware I'd love to play with but will never ever own? INSTABUY! ;))

The most expensive app I've bought was Final Fantasy 3 for $16. Played it for about a half hour, then deleted it from my device.
