Most effective ad networks? (Admob, InMobi, etc.)

Discussion in 'Public Game Developers Forum' started by Gamenauts, Jul 18, 2011.

  1. Hi guys,

I'm wondering if anyone here can share any experience in promoting your apps on the the different mobile ad networks (Admob, Inmobi, Mojiva, Appsfire, Millennial, Mopub, etc.)

We're about to launch our next game and we're thinking about which networks we should concentrate our marketing budget on.

I suppose we could do small tests for each networks, but hopefully someone here can share with us which ones are the most effective both in cost and in CTR performance/

    Thanks!
    Stanley

  3. Hi plantstorm,

That's what I assumed as well, but was wondering if anyone here used the other networks to good effect?

I'm especially curious about Appsfire. Anyone here has good experience with them?

We're using InMobi on the developer side, and they've been easy enough to work with. As far as overall ad network quality, give me a few weeks and I'll have better feedback. For what its worth, initial ads appearing on our app have been good, and we seem to have a nice fill rate.

I've also worked with Admob in the past, and had zero complaints with 'em.

On the advertiser side, we're gonna hit spread some love to both Admob and Inmobi and look at the results, if I remember I'll share some info once that is done.
