Has anyone else noticed this? Sometimes, while I'm playing, I see a strange visual effect occurring around my thumbs. It's as if the pressure from my thumbs is distorting the colours on the screen. At least, I hope it's a visual effect. If it's not, then I've been seriously damaging my iPod. Oh God, I've fecked up my iPod, haven't I?
I don;t own the game, but that really sounds like your ipod might have some damage. Im sorry but I kind of laughed at this (I needed a god laugh so thanks) as the post was pretty funny. If it is damage, lets blame apple for making those touches so stupidly thin. Feel like im carrying around a glass credit card (a 200+ dollar one).
Naw, just lay off the hallucinogenics and you'll be fine. I've gotten so many great platformers lately that I'm slowly working my way to this one. So thankful they brought out a lite to try and although everyone was raving on this I still like to get a taste before making a full purchase. The controls are great btw, and as everyone else's thought, a main criteria when purchasing.

Finding the first level on world 5 impossibly hard. Have made it over the lava jump using the mushroom once in about 100 tries Very frustrating! If I move left too early I just walk off the ledge, and too late and I fail the jump. Bah! Edit: finally did it, Jesus you guys are evil! If anyone else is stuck, just jump diagonally from the first block of the ledge onto the mushroom and don't look down! Hehe! Easy when you know how!
OK, I've read all of this thread (yes, all 31 pages of it!) and I couldn't find any mention of this thing, so...at the risk of sounding like a crazy person... Does the final coin on level 4-2 look a little bit...different...to anyone else? ...Anyone? <sobs> WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??!?
Has anyone else been unable to get the Speedrunner achievement? I beat each of the first 10 levels (sublevels, I guess, but 2 full levels) in less than the par time, and it hasn't unlocked.
Really enjoying the game. Great job, Physmo peeps! I've completed the first two Levels with some speedy times. The only things keeping me from #1 on the first two Level Total boards are a few suspicious times. Also, I've managed to get a sub 23 second time on 2-5.
Hey swarmster, I just checked. I've completed levels 1-1 to 3-2 under the time limit, but in Game Center the "Speedrunner" achievement is still marked as un-achieved for me, too. So something needs fixing there, I guess.
Noticed this after the sale... There are a few suspicious times... oO Anyway... I really just compete against my GC friends... so the #1 spot doesn't really mean much to me... =oP
I've also beat ALL the levels under par time... and have not gotten this achievement... is it not working, or is it a misunderstanding of the achievement on our parts?
I always find any time faster than mine suspicious. Maybe I need to start stocking up on Mos-playing GC friends. Add me (id: qpawn) if you dare.

Ahem.. oh yeah I forgot about that. It's not a powerup or anything, just a different sprite for the coin That's weird - game centre does go a bit funny everytime we add a new high score table or anything like that but it usually fixes itself after a day or two. You may have already tried this but have you tried loggin out and back into gamecentre or resetting the phone? I know that sounds like a bit of a cop out but it's hard to figure out what gamecentre is doing sometimes. Yeah, there are a few suspicious times on there, apparently there are apps for jailbroken phones that can upload bogus data to GC [please don't!]. It's a real shame though, ruins the whole thing a bit. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to prevent this as far as I know. nick
