Im pretty sure fatalities are the third bar you fill up, the bars just locked until you upgrade character or get a gold guy

Kombat special packs? What's that? if you're talking about the Kombat Packs (which cost 150) no they're not exlcusive to those who buy the console/pc version.

When the online features were working I made myself an account and signed up. but now it says "that account doesn't exist" or something like that because of online features I believe. I have played offline, I got Icloud back up. I hope we don't lose progress.

 

No not those ones. The ones called 'Kombat pack Exclusives'. They're greyed out with no price on them yet. They're in the store at the end of the characters. What are they?
