I get stuck at the 'Please enter a username' screen after doing the tutorial; regardless of the name I put in, it won't let me continue (just says 'Display names must be at least 3 characters long'), and if I press 'return', it just loses the keyboard altogether, which means I can't do anything. Anyone have this problem and a workaround? Or any ideas what's wrong?
So I couldn't download it in the US store so I switched to my NZ account and it immediately allowed me to download. I guess it's US store with the issue?
I'm using my offline one. I figure I'll log in tomorrow morning when Inwake up and it will hopefully be sorted out... Kinda just hoping for the best Just got a total of 30,000koins...time to open a new silver pack...so exciting! Lol
Close the app and try again. If still doesn't allow, restart your device. If still no luck uninstall and reinstall the app. You're not using any illegal characters or symbols I'm assuming?
Maybe the name is already taken, but its bugged? Does this happen every time you reboot? Does it happen with every name? Yeah, but its pretty generous. Each character has energy, so if a set of characters are out you can just others. Similar to RR3
I've tried reinstalling and force-closing the app, attempting to see if a device reboot works. I'm only using 'Daxmort', so it should work just fine. If I tap the name after I input it, the whole thing disappears, and then when I try to put another letter in, the whole thing reappears (DaxmortD for example), so I'm pretty sure it's a bug on their end, but it's stopping me from getting past the tutorial. And yes, it happens with any name I put in. Edit: Device reboot does not work. And then I press "close keyboard", I can't bring it back up. Using An iPad Air with the newest update, so I'm pretty sure it's just a bug. Can't seem to work around it. Also have the same problem whether I'm connected to the internet or offline. Can't make a profile. This really sucks.
Help me understand. Is the game tap to attack with a bit of upgrading using the cards? I'm old skool MK player and am not seeing the classic gameplay here. I may be clueless about the new genre of fighting games and that's fine - can you help me see the Kool here beyond the awesome graphics? I want to love this game as an MK fan just need some help getting there.
