Just got the Reptile paywall! Seems like you need at least 2 golds to get him. He wiped out Kitana with 3 hits and my silver Kenshi is worthless against him. What was everyone's strategy?
So far my strategy is to get my ass handed to me. I used all my level up cards to get Kitana to Level 25 and I had a Level 10 Cassie Cage Spec Ops, plus the Kitana they give you. No dice, he mopped the floor with them. He is definitely over-powered. I'm going to level up Cassie. Even for a boss character I can't believe he can mop the floor against three Gold characters.
In addition to Kitana, I have gold Johnny Cage, and silver Scorpion. I started with Kitana, but once Reptile did his damage buff, I swapped in the lowest tier guy (Scorpion) since he'd get killed. When Cage was up, I kept using his nut-cracker 1st ability to keep Reptile below his ability range. Eventually Cage died, and just fought with Kitana. Just kept blocking, and counterattacking once Reptile's combo was done. Try to wait for Kitana's 2nd ability since it has a higher damage output. Overall, it's an extremely difficult battle; I still have a tough time when I want to farm that tower. After that, it doesn't get much easier but battles seem to require just 2 energy ticks. Also, I can't wait for that 2nd gold.
Wonder when they will let me use Ally, the Kotal Kahn boss was rather tough for me already... Or maybe I'm not playing this right...
Dudes, just a heads up to everyone with a iPad 2 or iPhone 4s - if you are constantly being disconnected, they recommend a reinstall. This will reasult in s loss of your save game until the last login point. DONT REINSTAL! It WILL happen again. My devices are like new and very well kept, everything else runs fine, but MKX is just unfinished. And its not about the RAM, thats what I think after a little chat I had with their support team. I did 3 reinstalls, lost loads of Koins and kards and equipment, and just an hour later - dc agsin. Just wait for an update and hope for a fix. This keeps a lot of the game locked out, but it still gives you a chance to keep your save file. Except if the damn update rewrites it. I was excited like hell for this and I really like it, but its a absolute unfinished mess of a early release.
So a little help for those stuck before the Reptile fight but trying their best to make money. Tower 11, which is the one right before Reptile, will give 2970 Koins for the cost of 12 energy. Tower 10, right before it, will give 2900 Koins for 10 energy thanks to a "Test your might" stage. Tower 11 gives better experience but you have to be able to do it with 2 teams or waiting about 12 minutes from the 5th to 6th fight. The only downside to Tower 10 is that the last fight is a boss Kotal Kahn and he can knock out lesser characters PDQ so it's worth making sure you have at least one heavy on your team. Also, Tower 4 is the highest tower that only requires 1 energy per fight. Why is this important? Because for the daily missions it is the easiest tower to meet the criteria if it is outside your normal team set-up. However, it only nets just over 1200 Koins total, so I usually use it to meet the bonus daily mission and move onto another tower without bothering to finish.

Strategy, is to use all the first cards super move to keep draining his bars. And block a lot. I have also used the bronze card that if killed will take away all your energy. And quinshi is a good card, just make sure you equips him with your best armor
Hey anybody been able to log in with their WB play account??? Whenever I try to log in all I get is a notification if I want to link my account with MKX mobile. When I press yes nothing really happens. Does this mean I am logged in already? Any help appreciated! Checked the forum and couldn't find someone with my same issue.
Thanks I knew something was wrong and found out a fix will be coming it seems we are not getting all the content either so do not delete and reinstall. I think the update will not make it where we have to start over but if it does at least w more content it will be easier to earn koins and souls
Have any of you used Jacqui Briggs? She is awesome and a steal for 35000 Koins IMO.. Completing her basic attack combo stuns enemies and her special attack 2 does tons of damage #

Got Gold Possessed Kenshi, and Gold Cryo Sub Zero so far. Building into a Martial Arts team I guess! Not sure if I like Sub Zero's passive decoy thing though. :/

I totally lucked out and beat him first time with the given Kitana, Demolition Sonya Blade (level 20) and Jaxx Briggs (level 22) I just counter attacked all the time and tagged my weakest character in when his power bar was filled. Tag in and out when possible as Kitana has an ambush attack when tagging in and it replenishes your life bar too
