Really? It did not delivered what it promised and ended up as a boring game! It better be not like no mans sky!
lil late #screenshotsaturday Sorry guys - no release date known yet. We've been working hard, got roughly 50% of the story done now. Price is still probably in the 4.99-7.99 range depending on how much content we end up with.
Oh. How disappointing lol. I've never played no mans sky... I guess I've just kind of assumed it would be good. Maybe what I really mean is, is this game going to be a sandbox, procedurally generated game? Also, will there be trading or just fighting?
While this one arrives, why not check Stellar Horizon? It has enough things to be considered a No Man's Sky (a good NMS) alternative for iOS IMO.
Sell it for higher! If the games plays well enough it's worth the price. The concept is great but the biggest thing I'm scared of is if the game plays awful. Fallout 4 had this problem, it was gorgeous and deep but the gameplay felt stilted and Slow. Same with no mans sky. Just try and make the game play feel fluid & natural. Not Janky & Slow.
Looks neat! Metroidvania games seem very specifically designed (since you need tools to access and navigate certain areas and challenges), how will that work out when the world is being procedurally generated?
Seems to me it would be easy to work out the requirements for a procedurally generated level -- they aren't random after all
