It's the reason why I've never played a Pokemon game, no diagonal movement is a huge pet peeve of mine.
ha now thats just silly. Since that have no effect on combat at all or anything else as far as I can tell at least. I have copy of the DS one for last year here. Any how I just sat down and played some more of SNES zelda and yes it does allow diagonal movement. So I might as well add it in. They allow it but do mot change the animations for it.
