So, at a buck - who cares? Except that in 2 weeks, I have gone through $50 in iTunes certificates...

Anyone budget, or do you just figure - what the heck, and not even keep track?

With the consoles - it is easy to think about $50 or $60, but it is hard to think hard about $1, except they are starting to add up...

I don't really keep track at all.

I just stop myself when it feels like I've been buying too much.

I am more apt to spend $4 or less on a game or app as opposed to $9.99. I don't however buy every $0.99 game/app that interests me.

    My average is about:

$10 or less per week on apps and about $35 or less per month.

I can't see the justification of paying $9.99 for an app when past history dictates these price points will drop to increase sales.

so @ 10 bucks a week, you are spending $520 a year, more than you paid for the original device

i am guilty of it too -haha

Funny how those dollars add up isn't it?

I am guilty too. Luckily I do reasonably well to be able to afford it all..

I just stop myself when I'm too occupied with existing games. Keeping track of list of games that I've completed haha!

wowwwww $50 in two weeks? I think you are addicted my friend. I spend anywhere from $0-$12 a month on apps. And I do have all 11 pages on my iPhone filled up. Mostly paid apps, and many paid apps that I got free : )

Right now is a perfect example. I feel I have been buying too much. I gotta stop.

I have about 5 to 6 games that I haven't even tried out yet!

I use an excel sheet to record my purchases. It looks all cheap and all to buy all these 99c games and I know I'll go overboard with spending if I don't keep track of myself.

I don't spend much. I use prepaid cards, so I can count my credits.
I get a lot of my games through promo codes too, which is nice.

For your PC - App Shopper

Seems that Pandora knows about things before App Shopper though. App Shopper is nice because you can see a history of prices that have been charged, and also see the whole description without being in iTunes. Can't see reviews, but great for previews.

I use Pandora more often now. App Shopper doesn't update as fast.
