Pick your favorite kaiju, assemble a deck of special cards and time your attacks to destroy the city. Battle rival players from around the world to decide who's king of the monsters. Unlockable monsters, rare prizes, leaderboards, tournaments and more make this the card game to topple them all! CHOOSE YOUR MONSTER Unlock and play as giant, crazy monsters. Each have their own specialized MegaZone attacks, elemental buffs, critical hit chance stats, and bonuses. Earn enough tokens winning matches and you’ll be able to unlock them all. Feed them your unused/unwanted cards to level them up fast and make them even more powerful. FAST, FURIOUS GAMEPLAY Each side is dealt three cards (from their deck of 12) and takes turns attacking until just one is left standing. Damage is based on card power, element (blue, red, green, yellow), and your timing on the boost minigame. Each attack builds your monster’s MegaZone meter; when it’s full you can forego the cards and unleash a mega-powered attack that’ll wipe the smile right off that city’s face. SCALE WEEKLY GLOBAL TOURNAMENT LEADERBOARDS Pummel opposing cities to increase your metropolis’ population and position in the weekly tournament leaderboards. Even if you lose or are attacked, you’ll gain valuable experience and a couple of precious tokens too. And if you win, you’ll get even MORE experience points and currency. Five leagues (Plushy, Mascot, Monster, Elite and Boss) await! COLLECT ALL THE THINGS Four ferocious monsters, over 100 attack cards (with more coming in future updates). Build your City (defense) and Monster (offense) decks any way you like! TAP TO TOPPLE When your monster attacks you’ll be prompted to tap the screen at just the right time to boost your card’s stats even higher for a more devastating hit! (And yes there is an option for the slow-reflexed to turn that off.) CONNECT FOR BONUSES Connect your Facebook account to get a FREE card, energy, and tokens from your buddies. I'm trying to play, but it seems like every single person I face has cards that just... COMPLETELY blow mine away. I'm lucky to get more than 3 or 4 turns in before I'm dead... Yes... I'm using the RPS battle mechanics - getting 'awesome' every minigame... and loosing every single battle (even fighting the lowest ranked people that I'm matched with...) Is there something I'm missing? Or do I just need to save up those 20 coins every loss to get better cards...? On average, their cards are 5 times better than mine (I'm stuck with 100 damage cards while they have 500-800 cards) SwimCeej Well-Known Member Dec 10, 2008 323 0 16 I help make iOS games! Atlanta, GA http://games.adultswim.com #6 SwimCeej, Aug 12, 2015 Well who are you challenging? Just starting out you might want to challenge cities that are around your rank or lower. As more players come online as they game goes live in various territories the player pool will grow and things will even out. Also keep an eye on card abilities. Sometimes you can get totally screwed by Poison cards or Heart cards. Always try to play a card of a dominant color over your opponent otherwise they could stomp you. If you play the right cards you could definitely defeat someone who has 500-800 damage cards with your 100s. syntheticvoid Well-Known Member Jun 20, 2010 14,504 124 63 Musician & factory worker. a[V-O-I-D] http://apparentsymmetry.bandcamp.com #7 syntheticvoid, Aug 12, 2015 Yeah... I said I was fighting only the LOWEST rank cities that I was getting matched with... Been playing for an hour now and have lost EVERY battle... I have been watching the abilities as well... But only being able to get 3 additional cards for the deck before jumping into battles with people who VERY OBVIOUSLY have either been playing for weeks, bought their way in, or just straight out cheated you and everyone else by 'hacking' the game to get endless amounts of currency is pretty crappy. I, for one, LOVE adult swim games. Pik Pok and Grumpyface especially... but if this is a situation where you guys can't take care of the cheaters - it's just going to wind up being another crappy F2P game that's taken over by kids who refuse to pay for anything and demand to have everything. You have to fight other human players with the game? I loved the older games because they made great pick up and play games at any time, anywhere. Really enjoy the gameplay and strategy. There's enough random elements to make sure it isn't a simple fight every time, but enough strategy to make me work for it. I'm into it so far.
