(Note: I'm not talking about monster exp) Naquatic, I think you should either lower the amount of exp to rank up at higher levels or change the amount of ranks it takes to gain 1 stamina. Because, it's taking me around 100,000 rank exp to get one rank and it takes 3 or 4 times ranking up to get 1 extra stamina. I'm rank 46 atm, but it already takes at least an hour of constant online wins for 1 full rank. That means I need 3 or 4 hours of online wins to access the next campaign chapter. ~Also, the fact you said the max stamina was 100/100, assuming you need 100 for the final boss. I doubt anyone will ever get there at this rate. I only have 25/25.
Tweaked my monsters a bit after the update~ First monster that I made, named it PearPearPear because I was eating a pear when I built it: A monster game is not fully complete without drills and saws and stuff: This monster has pets too, named it ElecPear since I was eating a pear (again -_-): Named this one eyePad, cuz it stares at you:
Worth noting, thank you MehdinX! What chapter are you on? These are some of my all time favorites. ElecPear looks especially feature worthy. I'm going to tag it and see about featuring it in one of the next few weeks. There are so many great monsters, I kind of wish we had made it the Featured Monster of the Day
I'm on Chapter 41. It seems 1 extra stamina from ranking up gets me almost two full chapters before I need to rank up for another one. Meaning 100 stamina would probably get you somewhere around 190 chapters. (Numbers are probably off) ~1 stamina = 2 chapters (at higher chapters) ~41 chapters = 26 stamina ~74 stamina = 148 chapters ~41 chapters +148 chapters = 189 chapters to complete game if the number of chapters keeps increasing to 100 stamina. It would take at least 300+ hours to complete the game. (Referring to my earlier post) Conclusion: Proof that stamina/rank exp need lowering.
If anyone is interested, here's my monster Psiclops. By the way, how is everyone taking pictures of their monsters while they're in the area with the grid?
I think they're taking device screenshots rather than using the share menu. And that is REALLY good. It's the best humanoid monster I've ever seen...
My suggestion which i rly rly like to see in future: When you buy a new monster and gonna build it you have option to use normal build or advanced build. Advanced build: U can save 3 forms of the same monster. I mean u can create your own 2 evolution forms like in pokemon. After you save all 3 builds you cannot change it much like normal builds. For example 1. build/save slot you make an egg 2. build its a salamander 3. build its final "evolution" is now a huge frog And devs can choose a fix lvl requirement like 30 and 60 lvl when the monsters ( all same ) can evolve. I hope any1 understood this cause im german and my english is limited and not that good!
I don't see the point in that, unless you just want to do it so you can build more. But, what happens if you "evolve", you would lose the earlier creation/form right? So, then what's the point. ~What I suggest is Naquatic put new blocks and building items for the grid, but have level requirements on them. Also, as a better incentive to level, when reaching a level like "30" for example, you get the option to alter your core pieces and save once, until you hit another level like "50" which could unlock new cooler building items. Yep, same is happening to my clan page and on my brothers ipod. Hopefully, I don't lose my clan with 10 stage 8 players...
Well thanks Naquatic, that means a lot actually. I was afraid he was a bit too plain compared to the other monsters I was seeing on here. I'll probably upload my other two monsters, Siege and Tank, later on today.
Well, if your trying to get monster of the week, then plain monsters is the way to do it. Because, I don't think Naquatic or his team would be able to re-create any of my monsters just from a few pictures. Considering my monsters are too big with detail hidden around every corner. I would need to take at least half a dozen pictures to show everything.
Nah, I'm not really trying for monster of the week. I just saw everyone else posting their monsters here and thought I'd throw mine out there too. Mainly to get some feedback, see if anyone else liked them. Speaking of which, what do you think of it? I mean you're obviously into more detailed monsters so I'm kinda curious what your thoughts on it are. Oh and if you didn't actually see Psiclops, he's on the previous page.
Yeah, I saw it. My overall opinion on creations like these is that the idea is great and it looks cool, but it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to build. Because, to me their just based off a simple design. But, then again I guess most of the time comes just from the idea. Anyway I just try to make my creations look cool based off random things.
Well most of the time they don't take more than 10 minutes to build, and depending on how artistic you are it might have only taken you 10 minutes. However this one actually took me more like 30. I know, crazy right? Well I was playing around with a few ideas, like making the eyeball attached to a huge snake-like neck. Plus just trying to figure out the best possible way to make it look humanoid without looking like a block took a little bit. Still for someone to replicate it, it woul only take a minute or two. Your monsters are pretty cool, I've looked at them before. I like them, I'm just not always sure what they're supposed to be. What is the rock one based off of? Also (and this isn't necessarily directed towards you, it's just something I said I'd do earlier so I'm doing it here to prevent double-posting) here's two of my other monsters. The rock one is Siege, a walking fortress/siege weapon. The plant one is Tank, a tank. I really liked the concept behind Siege, but unfortunately I started running out of ideas. I actually was trying for something like your rock creature (what's his name?) but instead wound up with this. After making the battlements and towers I realized if I started doing as many crazy shapes as what you did I would lose the concept I was trying for. As for Tank, well I don't think he'll last long. He is WAY too simple. I loved making a Tank, and you can totally tell what he is, but with the size constraints and current building blocks I just can't add much more detail.
Well, my team consists of 2 aliens and a rock type to go against electric and act as a "tank" with its defense and strength against electric. Therefore, I tried to make it look big, buff, and like a tank in physical form. I called it "The Destroyer", somewhat like a massive ship. Here's another angle of it.
It is a rather sweet looking monster. What level are your monsters? I'm assuming pretty high since you were requesting clan members with monsters level 40+ the other day.
Thanks, I have 2 aliens both level 75, and a rock type level 58. I am 2nd in the world in rank leaderboards/online wins anyway. This is an earlier pic at level 65, (It's Over 9,000!!!)
That's extremely impressive. So I'm guessing from that picture (specifically the level of your opponent in it) you've passed the point where you have to fight monsters 10 levels higher than you just because you're using an Alien? Is 75 the max level for monsters? Or is it just a coincidence that both your aliens are that level?
1. If you have lower level monsters in your team with higher level monsters, you'll face opponents in the middle level range. But, shh don't tell anyone... ~For example: My team can be lv100, lv100, lv1. I'l face opponents lv 70. 2. Level 75 is not the max, I train both of them one after another.
