Unfortunately I haven't tried MTN; in all honesty, to me it always looked like Trials was a far more challenging and complex game, which is why I haven't tried it yet (besides, I'm more into motorcycles). However, since it's coming to the iPhone/iPod touch, it's about time I give a test drive.
I don't think the hype from a countdown script on their page could compete with a thread full of people talking about the game or a front page post.

Could be sooner. Last week more than a few good apps were released on Sunday! But probably best not to get your hopes up.

Really....Joyride was fun........for the first few rounds of play. Then I realized it was the same thing over and over and over and over again. MTN has different levels, that puts it in a whole different realm of gameplay.
Although this game looks good............................something does not convince me....................controls maybe? I'll wait for opinions before buying.
don't knock the game until you have played it, considering it's not the same as the flash game, it gives you a taste but it's not the same game. just wait then we can have the gi joyride vs spacebikers vs Monster Trucks Nitro
I've tried the flash game and the PC demo and if the iPhone game is a mixture between between the two then I will definitely get it. Can't wait for it; 1 day 1 hour 13 minutes and 37 seconds till it releases from the time of this post.
