I don't mind it! Whatever you need to do to win. Just remember if you see them limping or see me beacon, that means it's time to capture like Pokemon Or if you feel like they're dying because all their body parts are destroyed. I'd rather capture than kill all the big monsters so I can get more rewards. Could save valuable farming time in the long run.
I'm going to PAX Prime today! But I'm so nervous I can't sleep. All I can think about is playing monster hunter lol. Too bad there's no new mh reveal at Pax Prime :/
Woah im jealous man... I hope PH gets conventions like PAX Prime, but i guess that's never gonna happen. Have fun Law! Im sure there's going to be enough fun there to make you forget MHFU for a little while!
Thanks guys! Overall, I got a good 30 minutes of sleep in (fail). lol. I'm getting ready to go now. Btw last year they had Monster Hunter stuff (for 3G or 4G? I can't remember). But they had free lanyards and keychains. Really cool! Too bad at that time I'd never had any interest in MH. Maybe they'll surprise me this year

But I can tell you, the iOS controls totally threw me off playing on the DS and I played it twice without knowing how to do the combos... -_- And it took me 2 plays to figure out I had a map on the bottom of the screen. I thought I lost my map.. haha damn that 3DS! The controls were so bad for me the 1st time I played it I spend 5 minutes running in circles in the same area. I guess it takes some adjusting. I still think iOS controls are better (don't hate me....)
Looking forward to playing with you guys soon. Posted some photos in the main thread because I thought other people might want to check out some of the images of stuff from PAX And my gorgeous friends surprised me and dressed as Monster Hunter characters (including my favorite armor!). I was so excited. I was tempted to try and play with you guys during PAX but ultimately I didn't want to get too distracted lol.
