Dang that guy has a lot of health. I wonder if he's difficult solo. His attacks are too bad so I'm assuming it's his health that's an issue. Or killing him so you can get his goods.

I'm not finding it. Next time try using bigger numbers. I noticed that the rooms work a high percentage of the time if the numbers are really high (less likely someone else shares it).

Edit: Yup nothing for the past 10 minutes of trying..
