This version is a much better first MH game than the MH3U demo on the 3DS. That demo isn't very good, it throws you in the middle of the game and expects you already know everything.
It doesnt work on my iPhone, I tried to reboot my iPhone but it doesn't work, the app shuts right after the capcom logo at the very beginning, anybody got the same issue?
I'm buying it. Ad Hoc Party doesn't work on Vita, and I am not buying a Wii U to play Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate online on my 3DS, so this is the only way I have to play some autonomous online Monster Hunter on a portable. $15 is pretty pricey for an iOS game, but it's still cheaper than the $40 they would charge on a handheld system.
Two posts before your original post has someone confirming they installed it on a ipad 2 using ifunbox. There ya go.
It's a program that is used to back up iOS game saves to a PC, but apparently it can also be used to sideload apps.
Has anyone tried this on an iPhone 4? I've read that it runs fine on an iPad 2 although that is not officially supported. But no one has said anything about iPhone 4 so far. I don't want to spend 15 bucks and not be able to play the game.
It's a shame I can't pick up my ipad and play where I left off from my iPhone. We will probably never have that option if everyone keeps leaving 5 star reviews. Not all of us have a computer to transfer files and I thought those days were over for ios. I guess capcom is still in the Stone Age. They get 1 star from me until the issue is addressed
And just for that you think that this game deserves 1 star? If you think that'll make the dev do an update to solve your problem, I'm telling you that this won't make a difference. If you need iCloud that much, you should mail Capcom support instead.
I assumed he was asking if you were for real for giving such an outstanding app one star because you don't like the lack of a save transfer.

I find it should be the standard in ios gaming, I will email capcom but I'm sure that won't help unless thousands of others do the same. It is an outstanding game and it's universal, why would a universal app not have iCloud ? I stand by my 1 star
