Same here! My wife's been showing me some of her fancy iOS 9 features that I'd love to utilize. But I wasn't going to at the expense of losing MHFU. Now, I can finally look forward to those! Well... as long as none of my other favorite games are broken on iOS 9. I guess I better do a Google search for each of the important ones before I actually update.
I echo the no iOS 10 crowd I will only update to 10 when I know all games I own and I mean all are unaffected. Now if 2k can give us a fix to Bioshock I will be thrilled since that was one of my fav iOS games ever.
Great news. But, probably been said many times, but this sort of goes to show it was not being updated in order to try push everyone to monster hunter explore.

Yup, just updated and it's working fine with the latest version of iOS 9. I was a little concerned when the updated game went through the initial intro and set up procedure, but my saved game progress was intact!
Still says multiplayer over wifi. Hope they also updated it to work over cellular. Oh well... Still really glad it works now. Will be starting from scratch though. Really really excited to play this again.
Need help Hey all. I deleted this game off my iPad about a mouth ago (assuming it was broken forever) but I know I have my save backed up on iTunes. Is there any way to get my old save back on to my iPad? Your help is greatly appreciated.
Anyone else still on iOS 8? Have you updated the app, and is it working just fine for you? It says that we'll need to be on this updated version of the app for online play. But I'm not ready to update iOS at the moment.
Ran the update, played for a couple minutes, then went to watch the fireworks. Came back and the game is "loading." Can't play it, can't delete it to reinstall. Restarted my phone and it is "waiting." Still can't do anything but look at the inoperative icon.
