Hahaha. Yup. Those are some of my favorite moments too! Rolling around in the tavern after a drink or two and just listening to that sweet tavern song over and over waiting for the next thrilling hunt. Ah, good times indeed.

So I know it says if you delete the game you will lose your file, but my iCloud says I have over a MB uploaded for MHFU. I really wanna take t off for a bit until I get a bigger device but don't want to lose my progress. Can anyone give me a definitive answer...?
Too many good memories. The most hours I've ever put into an iOS game! Though I do think maybe 5-10 of those hours are from sitting in the tavern waiting to connect lol. Capcom is being weird, taking so long to update one of its best selling apps. I could understand it being a not so popular app but this is freakin Monster Hunter!
Exactly I put more hours into this than most console games. I even got a bunch of friends to buy it or want to. But now it won't work. But in reply to speetz I deleted it from my iPhone 5 before and though it said that on the cloud when I redownloaded i had to start over. I put some hours on the iPhone 5 but as my primary phone is a 6s plus now I'd much rather be playing it on there instead of bringing an extra device. And plus my i5 is severely damaged. But I found a program on my computer to transfer my save to the 6+ when updated
Is it spring in Japan yet? IIRC that's the time they'll release the update. What month if anyone knows?
I believe it starts late this month. But they didn't specify when in spring so it could be as late as May that they make the changes. Which would be dreadful. Hopefully a jailbreak is released before that #
Man that sucks about the save thing. How silly; why not just include cloud ? Do they think it will cut into profits or something somehow errr? Eh well I love MHFU but I enjoyed the 3DS version more, until some junkie jacked my 3ds AND my game because he thought I stole his drugs or something... Makes me mad still.
There was talk of a cloud saving update but I really don't think they touched the game since release and a bug fix right after. But yea that's a tragic story man. I wish I had a 3ds just for mh. Hey, anyone think they'll port over any of the newer games in the future? I mean the iPhone is clearly able to handle the specs. Id actually venture to say it's better than the 3ds with HD
Every time someone posts something new in this thread, I have to check to see if Capcom has fixed MHFU. Nope. And now I'm updating the thread... Oops. Oh well, I'm happy enough on iOS 8.4 anyway. Got plenty to get on with!
Nope, I barely got an iPhone 6s too, but it was taken down by then. I have always been interested in this series, this is the best chance I will be able to play a monster hunter game, since my parents don't buy me consoles anymore. I am dying to play this game #
Does anyone know how to contact Capcom about this? I'm planning to spam their mailbox with requests to fix the game lol
I don't know how but I think that's a great idea. I feel that all the complaints from the community are what forced them to say that would fix it in the first place
