It's difficult to find a room. The problem is that if you cant find a certain room, you can create one with that name. So in effect, there's already 2 of that room with the same name. From there, it's just flawed. I hope one cant create a room that already exists, that can be a start into streamlining multiplayer connections. Then, there's the out-of-sync pings, the internet slowdowns, etc. that affects whether or not you find a certain room or not. In the end though, i personally think the flaws are with Gamecenter, which seems to be how the games are hosted.
As long as you're committed to trying your best you'll do fine! I would start with the training with the half naked guy that trains you lol. Basically you'll want to try out all the weapons and see which one "feels" good to you. Then get used to it while you hunt the basic enemies. That's usually the best way to get started.
Played a G-Rank Lao Shan Lung quest with 2 obviously-carried HR9 players. They kept hitting lao's head, so i stopped attacking after the first area and waitied in area 5. Just before Lao exited area 4, both of them quit thinking they cant finish the quest. Well, i solo'd Lao when he showed up in area 5. The thing is, Lao DOESNT DIE IN ANY OTHER AREA EXCEPT AREA 5. The 2 longsword newbies were attacking his head relentlessly which made Lao flinch A LOT. That means they only delay Lao's arrival in area 5 for the kill. Maybe they thought i was trolling by leaving them, but i was in fact doing them a favor of not adding more damage to Lao's belly to flinch him even more. Funny how many HR9 players are online who dont even know of this Lao fact.
Sorry to hear that. Though to be fair.. I forgot how to fight the Lao. I only remembered that I should attack his stomach .. I think..? I don't think I was very good at it!
Yup.. You are basically golden if you attack the stomach. Thing is, the flinch threshold is pretty high on the stomach, so he doesnt flinch as much than when you do attack the head. Once you know how to deal the most amount of damage to him (on the stomach), not attacking him while he's in rage mode is the fastest way to kill a Lao. He moves forward faster while in rage, so we dont want to interrupt that so we can get him to Area 5 asap.
Cuz when I was playing with my friend back then we think of weird names for the room. It always work for us no issue as long as the player search the right name. But regardless I thou do not feel this is a Game Center issue. More like how the match making system is being implemented. If they made an option to invite after creation that will save a lot of hassle Only problem I experience is out of sync like after we finish a game we are no longer together despite we are still in the online lobby. The fix would be to leave and rejoin. Just make sure you have agreed with your partner who will always be the one hosting. So you won't confuse on each of you creating the same room. Meaning when issue occurs, both will leave the room then the one appointed to create will always be the one creating while another only search for it
how to connect Madcatz CTRL? Hi guys, I have a problem with how to connect my brand new Madcatz CTRL controller. I have hooked the controller successfully with my Ipad (running IOS 8, up to date one) via bluetooth. I opened the MHFU options and tried to turn on the MFi Game controller option to "on", but I can't. It says on the bottom "Mfi Game Controller is not connected" and I touched the screen once more to switch the option from "off" to "on", it says "Press A on the MFi Game Controller". I did press A (and I tried all other buttons), it wont let me use this controller. Please help. anyone have or have had any issue with this before? Thanks in advance.
Works flawlessly on my madcatz micro which i assume should almost be the same. Have you tried running the Madcatz app and make sure your madcatz firmware is updated? Ive never had any difficulty connecting to the MHFU app.
What madcatz software? How to connect it? I thought the controller is the type of connect and play. How to update the firmware? Thanks for replying. Hope we can solve this.

If you Search Mad Catz on App Store it give you 2 official app,one it's the Mad Catz App,the other it's for Mad Catz Micro,once you have successfully connect you're Mad Catz Controller to the ipad,it will ask you to download from The App Store the Mad Catz App,download from you're store,it used for see battery life,see all you're Controller buttom and analogich sticks life,and the Firmware,by touch Firmware update,the app warning you if you have an older version or if you have the latest Firmware.but I think that the problem mentioned by you it's a OS problem,you running iOS 8.4 or iOS 8.4.1? I've the latest iOS 9 beta and MHFU doesn't work at all.
I just downloaded the ctrl app from appstore. The bluetooth shows my controller is connected, but the app does not detect the connection, therefore there isnt battery info or firmware version detected. I dont know why it happens. I just bought this madcatz and never use it before.. And yes, I'm running 8.4.1
Haven't used my controller on it in a while, actually the game was less fun with a controller then it was touch. But if I remember you have to turn on ur controller first before opening the app,and make use it's connected in Bluetooth under settings. If that doesn't work go into options in the game and turn on controller there.
Disconnect you're controller from the iPad,go under Setting-Bluetooth and unpair the Mad Catz,Then connect it Again,if this step:disconnect and reconnect to Mad Catz Controller does not work,repeat again,it happen to me in past.once you disconnect the first time the controller and reconnect,when pair,go in the Mad catz App,remember that the app doesn't have full controller support(it means that you need to use the touch for navigate the Menu of the App)Tell me if this work.
I tried it on my wife's iphone. It synced no problem and I played asphalt 8 with it. When I tried to do the same thing on my ipad 3, the ipad wont detect it. Idk why.. the controller is ok, just the ipad.
Have to unsync your controller from ur wife's iPhone and then sync it with ur iPad, this happen to me with other Bluetooth. Won't show up bc its already synced with a device.
Yeah,that True,still,there an option For Sync The Controller on Two Devices,But This it's not The case.
