Maaan Yama is hard. His attacks aren't that hard to dodge but if it connects, it takes out more than half of my hp. And that wind blowing attack OHKO me even with full health. Any tips for taking him down?

 

Recognize when he'll use the wind attack, and jump from the plattform when he used it.. His weakness is his mouth, attack it when he summons the thunderbugs.. Other than that, just keep attacking the tentacles.. Don't be greedy with attacks, and with some patience, you'll destroy him

 

Ok so I made a new character and I was wondering if I should go with longsword or lance. I'm going to be playing solo btw, so no multiplayer.

 

I soloed the game up to HR9 w/ Longsword and some Hammer. I slightly regret not branching out to some of the other weapons (especially bows, greatswords and lances) because, from what I understand, they have a good amount of depth and all types of benefits in certain situations. For example, fighting a Plesioth with a Longsword vs a bow is definitely a lesson in how much easier a fight could have been.

Point is, try out as many weapons as you'd like and try not to limit yourself to any.

 

But if you know how, GS, Longswords, and surprisingly, DS, are the fastest Plesioth killers in this game.

But yeah being good with all weapon types is where the fun is at

When is this going to be compatible with iOs 8 ? Is it ever going to be ?

I use a iPad 3 running on the latest iOs.

Is there anything I should be aware of before buying this game ? It says in the description that performance on iOs 8 can not be guaranteed so I'm a bit unsure if I should buy this.

Help will be very appreciated !

 

It actually works well on iOS 8. I'm using iPhone 6 iOS 8.1.1, works fine.

 

On the description for the game it says iPhone 6 and 6plus work running on iOs 8 but on the iPad 3 part it says iOs 6.1.3 to iOs 7.1

I'm running an iPhone 5c on iOS 8 and it works really well for me. I don't know about the iPads though.

 

Yep works on iOS 8 on my daughter's iPad air 1

 

I can confirm this is correct. I am on ipad air 1 at latest OS and it works flawlessly.

Is kut ku armor worth getting early in the game? (I'm a longsword user and I'm finishing up 2* quests and starting to do 3*)

 

It's useful early coz it increases damage output.

 

I wish this game would support iCloud.. I'd really like to delete it for a while but I obviously don't want to lose all my progress

 

Use iExplorer or iFunbox to backup your save data (save data is located inside the Documents folder of the app). Then you can use the same app to restore that save data.
