You're wearing one of the most viscous monsters in all of monster hunter i felt good wearing it because when i made it i had to spend hours alone trying to kill it and it made me so angry. I actually wouldn't bother with earplugs right now. If you look up the jewel requirements they're all super high level quests that you probably don't even have access to. And to block the roar of the strong wyverns you'll need a bunch of jewels.
Wow, that must've been some hard work going it alone. Now I feel a little more confident when I get there soon on the elder quests, though. Seeing how it's done has helped a ton. But yeah, sweet looking set for sure. Cool, yeah I wasn't sure what a couple of the ingredients for the earplug jewels are. Haven't gotten to those yet. I guess I should start working towards making HR4. Hope I can focus on work today! Haha

Haha! Thanks. Would definitely go back and clean it up, make it better if I had more time. But between editing after a long day of editing and playing the game, I've been choosing the latter!
And that might have just convinced me to go back to Nintendo and actually get one of their consoles again... if for no other reason than to play as Samus in MH4. Dang it.
Speaking of Metroid, I was playing a retro-inspired 2D side-scrolling game called Goblin Sword today and was wishing it was a little more like Monster Hunter. Then I thought, "I wonder if there are any 2D side-scrolling or Dragon Quest-style games that are like Monster Hunter. Any come by any on the App Store?
So decided to switch from trying to farm Congalala (dang you vibrant pelt and your digital elusiveness) to farming Cephadrome for Cephalos armor and hunger skill. And of course getting no fin drops! Although I am getting good at killing Cephadrome. Love this game. Maybe someday I'll rry thr multiplayer.
I cannot recall if someone told you already but know that to get the vibrant pelt you need to break the Congalala's horn (on the top of its head).
Yeah, I had stayed away from multiplayer for a long time and got into it just a couple of weeks ago. I had no idea that the online community would be so much of a... community! There are a lot of great hunters out there willing to help you progress and build up your armor and hunter level. It definitely has helped me learn how to hunt better and what to use on which monster. I'd recommend dabbling in it, especially now while there is a strong online community. Let us know your hunter name and I'll look for you when I pop into lower level quests.

Worked a bit more one the elder quest and i beat the last urgent. Now on to high rank i guess. And then real part of the game, the guild hall. Also beat this guy on my first try with only 47 seconds on the clock left. I don't know if it's much of an accomplishment but it certainly feels like it to me.
