I'm going to bring up something that's not even worth mentioning: What is your strategy for giadrome?
Lol ok, I've got one. This is for the PSP players. Does this version have all the DLC and extras that the PSP MHFU offered, is this the total package? I'm assuming yes, but this is my first MH Freedom outing so didn't know if there might be any updates later with additional content. Not that there's enough already.
Okay! I'll add a random question. Who's your favorite monster and why? Doesn't matter which. I'll go with Kut Ku because it's so adorable and stupid. The next stupidest monster is Basarios but that guy can still hit pretty hard. Favorite fierce monster might be the Tigrex though I hate him for killing me so much so... not sure if I like him or not...
I'd say Yian Kut Ku too, for two reasons. His funny and adorable sounds and mannerisms and also because he is the first true dragon like, big monster I and many of us fought first so there's a special place in my heart for him. Yian Garuga next, similar reason as the Kut Ku plus he's purple and looks cool. Most importantly I love his armor set for both looks and the skill set. Lastly, Daimyo Hermitaur because he was the first monster I farmed and became really good at it, I actually felt sorry for the poor fella because he never had a chance and yet he tried scuttling his big butt, err shell around to hit me. Again, special place. I'm with you on the Tigrex. He looks badass but man I hate fighting him with his constant charging and especially his rage mode.
lol please do share. Hermitaur was so so for me. He was sometimes difficult, sometimes easy. I have trouble dodging all burrow monsters which is what always kills me. Hermitaur armor was also my favorite armor for the longest time until I got the Narga set

My favorite MH monster has always been Rathalos. Rathalos is the epitome of a dragon for me. Flies a lot, coughs up fireballs, utilizes his tail as a distancing weapon, can charge at you like a mack truck, and just looks like a total badass, especially when he's in rage mode and he's breathing fire. He also gives some of the best armors in the game, and his weapons, although generally being fire-based, are still pretty strong against the right monsters. Los is somewhat easy to farm too, especially when you learn to abuse his landing and fireball animations. Los Soul armor is among the best utility armors in the game gioving you easy access to HGE while providing RA+ and Constitution as well. The Vambrace is the best arm piece in a combo for HGE sets. Los X - Attack up Large and Unsheathed Crit. The ultimate GS sniping armor set. This armor is best used with Tigrex GS, with the unsheathed crit cancelling the negative affinity on all unsheathed strikes. Silver Sol - Im not a fan of ESP skill, but it does shine in multilpayer where you dont have all the access to the monsters weakpoints, preventing bouncing when attacking non-weakness parts. Of course, there's the wonderful Attack Up Large that comes with it as well. For weapons, most of the fire-based weapons are pretty strong, and considered best among their classes. Most especially the lance, the SnS, and the Duals.
Nice replies guys! I don't like the Shakas because I can't tell I'm taking damage from them until I notice I'm about to die. But they're adorable! And Rathalos is definitely the most "dragon" of all the wyverns. And it looks cool. Sounds like EP uses every piece of his body for equipment and doesn't let it go to waste lol. The Rathalos is the one on the iOS icon right?
I almost said Rathalos too because he fits the traditional dragon mold the best. Good call. Yea wonder if that is a Rathalos for the app icon.
Looks a lot like one to me. I am still wondering which monster is my favorite. Maybe the giapreys? Never much trouble especially now that they're gone with a single whack, plus they make that sound when they die, perfect mix of cute and sad. I know that at the top of the ugliest monsters even uglier than Yian Kut Ku (yeah, sorry guys) is the Khezu even if I still like it now that I've farmed it so many times.
So when I try to update it says 'MHFU is not compatible with this iPad' (This is the same message that displays when trying to download it on the iPad 2) How do I update it?
