Yeah for best hammer tis a tossup between diablos chaos broker and the copper blango hammer. Blango hammer may be superior in stats, but has small purple sharpness when compared to diablos hammer with sharpness+1, and the blango hammer just looks like monkey butt.

Congrats on your set! That's probably most often the first set people aim for. It's the first step toward collecting :)

Or wearing your foes on your body to strike fear into their hearts!..... In which later you will take their hearts and use it for more equipment.

Haha, I know that feeling. Not with armor, I am more into weapons. Constantly farming stuff to upgrade various longswords and hunting horns.
I like hammers, but hunting horns are really cool because of all the buffs you can pull and I didn't played with hunting horns before. At the moment I am trying to get a longsword of each tree and branch. After that, I'll do that with hunting horns. I have just 4 complete armor sets and some single armor items. But I am still working on the Death Stench armor. If only the sinister cloth pieces weren't this rare. To get them all takes nearly forever. And constantly running around the volcano area for Remobras is also hard work. It really helps that you can make them spawn in one area.

    Go hunting horn users!

I'll have to look into Remobras as well (to get Striped Skins): what do you mean 'make them spawn in one area'?

EDIT: Never mind, I've found what you meant by googling it (in the description of the following youtube video)

Yeah, there's a source for gathering Powderstone (in area 6, iirc). Gather until you pick up one, carry it to area 8, then 3 Remobras should have spawned there. I think in one mission, they are automatically there. Could be the "collect in volcano area" mission.

But why should I hunt horn users? oO

I think he meant go hunting horn users, not go hunting them.
But hey, if that's what you want to do...

I miss the more advanced delivery quests from Tri, like 'deliver 15 pieces of coral'

Except the extreme gathering quest, which required you to bring like 45 items in total, and you only had 15 or 20 minutes to do it.

Everyone had to use multiple farcasters to get it done lol

Just in case, since gamer300 mentioned it, I meant it as a cheer: http://english.stackexchange.com/a/97571
But you probably did it on purpose :D

Wow okay guys...I think Plesioth is my new nemesis... his hip-check-hitbox is so ridiculous  I read that you can break his dorsal fin...but how can you reach it with a melee weapon e.g. my LS!? I knew I would hate him as I already hated fighting against those Cephalos and the Cephadrome

You can break his fin by hitting his body enough times. The most accessible is his tummy area. That's also his weak point.
