It's safe. I just updated. Anyone up for multiplayer? Coz i was hoping the tweaks they did improved connectivity.
I've been using a long sword, but was getting killed too many times in close combat. So now I am kind of considering a bow to be a long range. Is bow any good in solo-playing/multi-playing?
I already have the psp version of the game and yesterday I dumped it's to play on the ppsspp emulator on 5s.I was impressed that I was able to run it a 4x resolution,16x anistropic filtering,Texture filtering and Fxaa(anti aliasing) at smooth 30fps. I've only played a little since I can't find a way to transfer psp saves to my phone but it's apparent that the controls suck specially since it requires r1,l1 so much. My question is should I double dip?Are the controls good enough to play the game without any annoyances?
I don't remember only played a bit of it,I think one of them was for the items and other one was probably for blocking. I might be wrong though.
If that is only that, then no worry. Touch screen is good enough to play through oh by the way, I'm just a beginner and I'm only in HR2.
R1 is for running, and L1 is for items.. Not to mention the need for clawing the left index finger to position the camera.. The emulated PPSSPP controls are awful to play on the touch screen.. I really recommend the native iOS version..
On the PSP, holding L is for bringing up the Bullet and Consumable Item menu, and R is equivalent to the the "Dash/Run" button on iOS. I think quick-tapping L centers the camera behind the character, but dont quote me on that as i may have forgotten.
LOL... That setting is horrible. How do you maintain vision of the monster, while shuffling through your consumables, or even switching bullets on a bowgun? Get the iOS version instead. Im pretty sure you already have an idea of how worthy the game is when you pop money for it.
