Online session I had a few online quests today. I wonder about a few things: - if I end up alone on a quest, is it because I was disconnected? there were two others... - I get that some people have no clue what they are doing but still... Out of about ten quests, two or three ended successful. I died once I think but that was probably because I stayed almost 50% of my time watching against monsters I have never fought (Tigrex, Kirin, Rathios) and playing buff (except I could not for the hell of me remember the note sequence of the thunder res up against the Kirin). It's probably expected for low ranked hunters. - Is there a way to find a hunter with which things went well? I gave him my guild card but he did not reciprocate :-/
Sigh, the desire sensor is pooping on me again. Just killed 6 copper blangonga, and im getting all sorts of rare stuff including lots of fangs, but it has given me ZERO copper blangonga tails, which is the reason why im farming him. And i need only 1. Might as well just quit for now and get something to eat.
Need to know if you guys would recommend this game based on a few things: - I enjoy difficult action/rpgs (Demon's souls, Dark souls I and II) - I will never play it online (solo 100%) - Don't mind grinding as long as it's enjoyable and I have never played ANY monster hunter games ever
I know that feel. I must have gone on 100 gathering quests just to end them immediately and go back to the farm to try to get a great ladybug to complete my obituary armor. Also Blangonga Fangs were really rare for my ice daggers and for my blangonga decimator sword. I didn't get any for a while, then when I did get them I would get like 3, when I only needed one.
His second file only has 99,999 moneywhile his first account has xxx,xxx money. However, his second account has not been played at all by the looks of the time played haha That's a little sus Psience you haven't been modifying any in game files now have you?
That's perfectly legal. LOL On the title screen, choose "New Game" then choose "Import a MHFU for iOS Character" I tested the import option, imported my first savefile, and that's what it did.
Yeah, you certainly can't complain about this being a short game. I've already clocked in over 117 hours, and I feel like I'm just getting started.
"2 Colors of Meow"....What is the rank requirement? I'm still early HR 2. I can't check the quest requirement right now. Also, thanks for the help! Oh, if you want to play with me, I recommend you not to do that. Playing MHFU on an iPhone 4 is a pain. Your hunter walking is more faster than my hunter running . That's why I prefer solo MHFU experience.
According to this http://monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/MHFU_Download_List the quest is not available to you for now. I think he did not mean to do the quest with you, just that you should not bring items with you when you do the quest.
Yup, sorry for the poorly worded sentence, also, I wasn't considering rank restrictions, it's such an easy quest that I didn't think about it. I'm out of suggestions then .
According to various threads from gamefaqs and capcom unity, the best ways to make money - farm quests that you are comfortable with (the higher the better) then sell the reward items, - plant power seeds + fertilize with dung, - the "2 Colors of Meow" quest often comes back. I also found in one instance someone benefitting from a glitch in an item combo (the resulting combo (shock trap) was more expensive than the sum of the two items bought at the shop). Could not verify this though.
