After couple of weeks farming Garuga, finally i have completed his armor . Using 3 expert gems and 3 earplug gems , I can get this skill Now its time to try it to beat bloss mission
Lol I'm going to get some garuga armor too then. I suppose I need something to do while I grow some balls for the tigrex guild hall urgent quest haha
Played about 9 missions with some rotating random players in high rank. All 9 missions failed coz they were all trying to hit tigrex while tigrex is attacking. Wasted almost 2 hours of my time today. Oh well... All part of a hunter's life.
You can... But i wasnt with any friends, and im having problems joining specific rooms so i played with random people. It's a good option to have if you want to play multiplayer without having to join specific rooms.
I hate it to have gunners in the team now. they always die alteast once in a quest. But that's the game. Did they improve the difficulty? I slayed a rathalos 5 star guild hall alone but I died 2 times(!). It was always the same; he makes a wyvern turn, and the he runs towards me-> death. No chance of evading. On the PSP, I nearly never died but in the IOS version, I also died at shen gaoren. Jumped into the mouth, layed down the bombs, and then he makes his mouth attack->one hit kill. First time was killed by him.
Rathalos, Rathian, Garuga and Kut Ku are notorious for their insta charge. They usually do it after a turn, or fireballs (doesnt apply to kut kut cos he cant hadouken). Always been like that since the PSP days. Shen's blast does OHKO if you are inside the mouth when he fires iirc. Just that i'v only done once in my mh life (jumping in his mouth) but escaped before he fired his projectile.
Should I gem in HGE for my new garuga set? Also, what's the deal with hardcore monsters? Is every high rank boss monster high rank, or is it g rank or something? I fought a high rank congalala and it attacked me with some bad breath or something, which was a new move.
Instead of typing a number select one of the options above there is 'no preferences' 'HR1-3' and two others.
Which GS would be better suited to fighting the Tigrex, Ravager Blade+ or Blue Claw Blade? Both take about 4 upgrades from their original sword and the Blue Claw Blade has better damage but the wiki recommends the Ravager Blade. Any input on this?
More green sharpness and more dmg, blue claw. They may recommend ravager blade because it's easier to obtain. Can you fight shogun ceanataur before tigrex? If not, then they recommend it because blue claw isnt available.
I have all the items needed for the blue claw, fought with shogun ceanataur at least three times already in multiplayer. Don't have all the equipment for Ravager blade. So blue claw if I have all the materials?
Hollar your room number and i'll join, however, i'm not that high level or prime equipped, so i'd also wait for a 3rd, but preferably 4th player to join.
