Sorry it is worth mentioning there is not cloud support, I transferred my save file between devices using iexplorer.
^ you showed that tigrex whose boss === Well I've killed a Kirin for the first time, and I've got to say, he is more annoying than vespoids. Everytime I go near him he rains down thunder and everytime he taunts he is on the other side of the area because he just charged. So I did manage to kill him in one quest, but if you don't, does he flee at 30 mins like other elder dragons? === Kirin was my first elder dragon, but now I'm trying to decide between Lunastra and kushala daora. Which is easier? I've tried kushala and I had a hard time, but then I just did a practice quest for Lunastra (no cold drinks etc, only mega potions) and found it relatively easier. I got way more flinches in too. She seems to open herself up more than kushala. Btw, how can you tell if Lunastra is doing the gas ignite at short/medium/long range?
Finally caved and gave in. The control were much better than I expected. Gona do some catch up and maybe I can start farming with some of you guys.
The only thing I don't like with this release is the fact that I'm playing it too much that I'm having a slight discomfort on my two thumbs as a result of overly sliding them on my screen / screen protector (kinda like a very slight skin burn I guess from always rubbing on the screen). I may have to get a good matte screen protector as that always is better for these actiony kind of games, compared to the crystal clear protector that makes your finger stick a little to it when you slide.
Is it always better to capture a monster if you're not doing a slaying quest? Or are there some items you can only get by carving? Also, is there any way to change my character's name? I doubt it, but just wondering.
Your best bet would be using ifunbox or another program. The other guys would know more about the functionality of them though.
If the sparks around him are yellow, it will be long range and red sparks mean short. Or vice versa, I dont know anymore
My opinion to the future of mobile gaming: I dont think phones or tablets will have a real gaming future. The devices are limited to touchscreens. I think,no good RPG will come out. ( but mhfu really surprised me, the controls are amazing). Second, and thats the biggest problem, there are a lot of pay2win games. And I really mean pay2win or pay2play and not free-to-play. Compare trials frontier on IOS an planetside 2 on Pc. Both are free ro download but trials force you to wait forever. Planetside 2 on the other hand is very fair, the start weapons are strong, no waiting times and new weapons doesnt have a unaffordable prices. Oh and the playtimes from phone games are quite short, but you need to grind over and over and over again to buy something and that extends the playtime massively. Please let me know your opinions, this topic is controversal and interesting
Very cool-looking armor. I don't think I'll go against him again in a LOOOOOOOOONG time. I wish they made it possible to save those screenshots without the GUI.
I kinda think we hit a point in mobile gaming (smartphones/tablets in general) where devs have to consider between top notch graphics and file size of an game. Also many ppl still don't have a fast internet connection to download a game in size of many gigabytes. There is no way to buy the game physically in your next market. The other thing is that developing a mobile game gets more and more expensive with every new hardware generation if you want to use all the new available shaders and what not and it gets harder and harder to get your money back which you have spend on developing by selling the game for a price which fits into the mobile market - like $0.99 - $6.99 while the last one is likely already to much for many people. The weird thing is that exactly those people are willing to spend hundreds of dollars into iap. That's where it all comes from I guess. Too much casuals are willing to spend too much money on p2w games. I don't think a smartphone or tablet is the ideal platform for core gaming (but I wish it wouldn't be like that). Games like MHFU, DQ8, X-COM, TWEWY or GTA SA are quite epic but they are still ports so it wont cost that much in comparison to develope such an game from ground up for mobile. That's my pov and now I'll have to get back on hunting that damn Tigrex.
