The dung bombs are meant for scaring off unwanted monsters, they don't always work but most of the time the monster should flee after one is thrown at it.
He was talking about Khezu... who has no eyes and uses that smell of sweat and blood that is so common to hunters to locate you. If you throw a dung bomb at him he'll get confused because he thinks you turned into one of those farting apes.
I've only used iFunBox. You install it on a computer that has iTunes installed and can talk to your device. Then you can use it to look inside the game's private documents folder which only contains one file in MHFU that's called savegame.dat or something like that. I don't have the Japanese app but I'd assume it's the same process as copying the save game between devices, i.e. you copy it to the other app's documents.

How do I unlock the mine upgrades in the farm? The wiki says after you do the urgent blangongo quest... Is that the 2 star one in the guild that I can't seem to beat?
There are separate urgent quests from the village elder (old lady next to the cat and the fire outside).
Adding to this, the lady near the guild hall sometimes sells the snakebee larva. try to check it after you completed a quest.
Yes because I needed 35min(!) to knock the red khezu down. I used a fire hammer and it turns out that he has +4 fire resistance. Wow i really love multiplayer quests. I wanted to hunt a congalala with another guy but after 10 secs he left!the problem is, the hp from the congalala was adjusted to two players but I was alone. After 16 min I captured him and I got only 2 congalala materials and because the quest started with 2 players I got half the money. Great.
It's an urgent quest after you clear all the 3 star levels. Source: Just unlocked it. Wish me luck guys! After trying to fight Khezu initially and getting my ass handed to me I think I'm gonna do some research about how to kill him before the fight.
LOL... You've been edumacating people what to use against certain monsters but didnt know red khezu's weakness. That's pretty special! Awesome job you went on with it and finished the quest though.
Not all... Just certain quests will unlock the urgent quests. You can refer to rank up guides to know which quests will open the urgent missions for you. Good luck hunting!
