Thx for the paintball tip.. Had no clue about that, like I have no clue about most of the stuff in this game.. Lol, it's fun as hell though
Pokke pts is another currency that's used to buy some things to the man next to the farm like upgrades for the farm and armor spheres to upgrade armor pieces, and to make Trenya, the Felyne next to the boat in the farm, travel to the place you tell him to to get some cool items.
Great job on your first big kill. I consider the Kut Ku to be the first true boss. I guess he's a wyvern after all. Let us know if you have other questions. Basic questions on are the 2nd post of the thread but I think you've got the basic hang of it. If you can beat Kut Ku then you know the general handle of the game. Dodging, hitting, tracking.
Ahh, didn't know about the Trenya thing, that's cool. The thing I really need some explanation of is how exactly are they earned? Do you have to go on specific quests to earn them? The farmer boy told me that there are specific items that the Treshi guy wants that will earn me Pokke points, do I just put those in the delivery box whenever?
Either do some treasure quests for Treshi at the Guild Hall that the items that you find for him reward you with points that, at the end of the quest, get converted by 10% into Pokke Points. Talk to Treshi, the guy with yellow helmet at the far right, you can't miss him. Also, there is a chance you can get some Account Items (Special Mushroom, Piscine Liver, Popo Tongue, etc) that, at the end of the quest, reward you with both Zeni and Pokke Points.
If you talk to the guy that stands near the entrance to Pokke Farm, he has a detailed explanation of how Pokke Points work and how to earn them etc. Edit: I misread your question - it appears that have already spoken to him.
Anyone interested in farming some High-rank Tigrex? Specifically the dual tigrex HR6. Looking to get full Tigrex S but finding people is a pain. I'm thinking 8 or 9 EST?
Like other people have said, you can get some off any quest if you manage to find/carve the items he wants (you don't need to deliver them, just have them in your inventory when you clear the quest), but you can also do specific treasure quests for him by talking to him in the guild hall, which are... kinda weird. They're like gather quests but everything has the potential to drop strange and/or rare things and gather spots are more generous etc., but you can't keep any of it - you have to keep running or farcasting back to base camp to drop the goods off and find out what exactly he wants. If you co-op them there's a max of 2 players, I think? and at the end it totals up who got the most points as well, so it's a little bit of a contest as well as grinding for PP.
I'm confused, what are the requirements for the Pokke Farm +1 mining? Can't figure out how to unlock it.
Advance in the game and you will unlock more farming utilities to upgrade. === I use a hammer because nearly every boss Wyvern will make my long swords bounce. Should I still be upgrading my long swords though? I dunno.
TATATAAAAAAAAA B*CH WHAT?!Beat 4**** guild hall blangonga!First time used 1 mega potion,2 herbs,9 first aid potions and 5 normal potions and the second time used only 5 first aid potions! Finally got enough of tails and fangs for my gunlance upgrade oh and btw thank you p for suggesting me to use a long sword,it is way more versatile and better than the hammer and Exact you was a little bit incorrect, blangonga armor helped me greatly because of it's good defense and it's amazing skills like quake resistance that let me hit blangonga about 2x more times than usually,so yes armor is important. But wait...what is it?!Oh no!I need 5 more tigrex fangs for the gunlance upgrade...np I can farm tigrex with randoms so it is cool
Thank you my friend.. I definitely will.. You guys have been extremely helpful.. The noob is officially a monster hunter
So I'm on the first goldenfish quest and I haven't even seen one! I also don't have the ability to farm the snakebee larva because I can't get the beehive yet. Then when I talk to the lady that supposedly sells it randomly she doesn't? Do you have to reach a certain part in the game for her to sell it. I've talked to her lots of times after different quests so her inventory changes but it hasn't been in there?
Hi, I'm late to the party and haven't played MH before. I'd like to experiment with some other weapons, but am having trouble. How the heck does one equip a different weapon?
Go back to your home, go to the big item box, and change equipment. if u meant changing weapons in the field, you can't. you can only do it in the pokke village.
If you don't want to have to get different armor for your class (blade master is melee, gunner is ranged weapons), you can try out the weapons at the training school
