After mining point +1 you get them in poke farm. Just do gathering quest and return pawpass and keep doing it!
Power seeds! Buy tons of worms from old lady fertilese the ground to 3 plant power seeds and gather quest and deposit pawpass ticket! Keep doing this over and over! Wait till the lady has worms on sale for 10$
I found some in the swamp. Not sure the number of the area, but from the starting point you cross through 2 grass-land areas (not the tall grass), and enter the first cave. It's pretty big, has a lot of bugs in it (the grounded ones, not the flying ones). There will be a mining point on the right wall (from the direction you enter from). You can't miss it, it looks like a lot of crystals and things hanging off the wall. Mine that. They're still kinda rare, but I found more light crystals there than I ever found machalite ore on any of the mine points in the mountains, even the secret one.
I go there after reading the wiki but for the last 8 trips I've made there, I have never recieved one light crystal, the machelite ores are more penetiful for me though.
You don't have to do all the quests in a rank to unlock the urgent, just some of the key ones. You can find out which ones are necessary by consulting the wikia
To those that are having problems with multi-tasking apps, You should download the free all 'battery doctor'. It can help maximise your battery life, but it also has a RAM-boosting feature. Basically, removing apps from your multitasking bar doesn't remove all of the ram the iPad was using to run them, but using the memory function reduces my ram usage from roughly 70-90% to about 30%!
Hi all, I tried out the multiplayer for the first time, and it was fun, but I don't get how the chat works at all. It put me in a gathering hall with 3 other people, two of whom were doing a 2 person only quest, and I tried chat but it opens up a chat window and tells me to give the URL to people, but how do I do that? I just want go through a quest with other random people who want to go through the same quest. Is there a way to do this easily or communicate what quest you want or do you just choose a quest and hope the three others join or quit and reload if they don't?
@Varo... The Ceanataur helm (not the Cean Cap) together with the ceanataur Blademaster armor will activate Sharpness+1, Sharpsword and Sharpening Skill Inc which is probably the best low rank armor in the game when it comes to dealing damage. Sharpness+1 adds visible sharpness to your weapon. If the weapon sharpness adds a color, the damage is increased because each of the sharpness color has an increased damage multiplier to it when calculating actual damage dealt. Sharpsword will double the durability of your weapon sharpness. This means you'll be staying in the better colored sharpness twice longer, which would also mean better overall damage output. Sharpening Skill Inc will improve your weapon whetstone usage by 4 times, coz the animation will only take 1 swipe of the whetstone to sharpen weapons. The downside of the low-rank full set is the defense down. But it is the best offensive set in low rank IMO.
^ When I got the armor I couldn't make Sharpness +1. It seemed to need a lot of rare items to activate artisan. With the whole set, Artisan is at +5 total. This is for the original lower rank set. Edit: Just looked it up. You need Monoblos hearts for that gem (which I don't even see on my list) and those things are rare. I killed the regular Mono probably 9 times and didn't get a single heart (super rare drops). And his battles take me on average 35-40 minutes, and it's not an easy fight. So in essence, if I want that Artisan skill, it'll take me a looooong time Without Artisan, the set is only okay. I'd pick +health, defense, etc benefits over it unless I feel like a really long hunt is coming. Since you can sharpen your sword pretty easily. The extra sharpness level is the selling point.
Alright well, I've been searching on the internet for answers to some other questions, then realized I could just come here and ask this ripe community of Monster Hunter officianados. Assuming at least some of you have played MH3U on 3DS, what are your thoughts? I've heard the visuals are sharper on the 3ds but the game just "looks better" on the XL. How does it feel playing the game without the circle pad pro? Does the camera control function well as a vstick on iOS does?
High rank stuff you can get from Nekoht... the Felyne who gives you missions after you have completed the Elder's quests.
