Want to win Monster Dash. Im running a Fruit Ninja comp on this thread. http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=91258 The prices include Monster Dash and Age Of Zombies.
halfbrick has been dangerously silent lately. its probably because their making their new game machine gun jet pack
I am not big on "monster" games, so held off trying this until now. Turns out to be pretty fun. Anyone got all the achievements in the statistics section? Since the first set of quotes has to do with number of monsters killed, I am assuming the second set has to do with the distance run and/or perhaps how you died. Anyone have all the number ones? What is the highest? If that would be a spoiler, is it several hundred, hundred or less, more? I love trying for specific numbers - but then I get the hog or the machine gun jetpack and it really messes me up - or you end up miscounting because you killed a bunch of monsters at once. I think the spinoff game - machine gun jetpack - is going to be so good.
Did they remove the ability to switch between OpenFeint and GameCenter in-game? I know there used to be a toggle, but I can't seem to find it in the about menu anymore. I know I can always open the GC app, but it'd be nice to bring up the dash inside the game.
In the Main Menu go to "About" At the top right hand corner it will tell you the version and you will see the button to change between GC and OF.
Back when I posted that, I had a weird bug where the toggle didn't show for me. Sometime in the interim, with upgrading to iOS5, it's corrected itself. I wonder if we can get Halfbrick to support iCloud now
Im pretty sure they are working more on jetpack joyride. they said they have a great new update in feb
Halfbrick have 100% rekindled my love for them. The Fruit Ninja update, Age of Zombies updates, Radical Rappeling, and now this update are all brilliant.
I'm liking the update..so far. I'm worried about the fact that there are now three types of currency in the game, of which, the main one is gems and can only be purchased with actual money. So, if you pay real money you get gems which in effect turn into continues. Also, there is now a secondary energy system for the hog, not that it's a big deal but combined with everything else Monster Dash is starting to feel like a freemium game inside a paid shell.
