I might actually pick this up when it hits the Canadian store. I usually keep far from high-score games (please don't shoot), but lately I found myself taking quite a lot of relatively short bus rides and being unable to really get into my favorite games. This'll be kind of a first for me, but at 99c, there isn't a lot to regret.
will this have retina support?? i live in australia and have $1.19 lined up to buy this, and some nice graphics for my new retina display would be the icing on the cake
I'm wondering the same thing, it will be an insta-buy regardless, but it would be awesome if it did support retina display.
The game is sprite based with some awesome pixel art, so retina support display doesn't much matter. Looking at it though, it looks like it is running pixel doubled on my iPhone 4.

I think that Epox is referring to the fact that Halfbrick chose a specific release date for the game (August 19th, in this case), rather than allowing the game to be rolled out as soon as approved, thus causing everybody to have to wait for the release date (11pm EST in the US, for example), instead of being able to download it right at approval. I'm sure it was a joke. I lol'd.
Monster Dash is insanely good! We have put a gameplay video up YouTube if anybody wanna see how it is before buying it. Anyways now I need to get back and play some more!
I loled... Reminds me of that expression: "You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream!!!" But yes, your sage-like wisdom hitting the proverbial squarely on the head... some cool creamy goodness would be awesome with this game for strange reasons ...
