When gaining stats on level can you gimp yourself? Or is it retroactive?

 

Quick question guys,apart from the endless wilderness is there a proper story one can complete?

Well, I bought the big net now and it seems to be better. I think it's a permanent purchase. Every time you upgrade your net it automatically replaces the lower quality one and the new one is what your monster starts using.

By the way FM, I'm loving the game so far. Another hit as far as I'm concerned.

I've grown to hate that font with a passion but FM never fail to deliver so I'll just have to suck it up, shinning example for other devs in how to build a following through consistently solid games and respect for their audience.

 

Awesome game, I can't stop playing it! Unfortunately I'm already having crash issues in the 2nd 3rd and 4th medows. The app kills itself and I'm stuck back in town with all my items and catches gone during that run. iPhone 5, ios 7.0.2

 

Monster collection with FM's Bug Heroes dungeon crawling is another mashup Foursaken Media has executed brilliantly.

Incredibly good! It remembers me heroes and castle, one of the only ios game i played during hours and hours. I'm a bit disappointed with a lot of games during these last months, and finally i find something i like!

BTW, the net is very frustrating at the beginning, i suppose the 1000 coins one is better. I miss a lot, and it takes a lot of time to catch some blobs, like the red ones. But i prefer the game to be harder than i want, i want to upgrade all the time, it's sooo good

Bosses and the arena seems hard to defeat..

 

The first boss is easy if you have the burrow skill

Asking again Is there any story one can complete or is it all an endless wilderness romp?

 

Foursaken = Instabuy. They are the only reason I own an iPad.

 

There's no real story. You make monsters, build them up, fight in the arena, wilderness, upgrade in town. It's not an action rpg, it's more of a monster building and combat game.

I don't know if this has been reported or mentioned in the thread but I am experiencing a multitasking bug. Whenever I close the IPad or shift to other apps, when I return to MA, it is frozen and all progress is lost as you have to close the app to restart. ;(
