No. I wish there were but it could potentially make PVP an absolute stalemate. It'd be fantastic to have in exploration though. Spam chain lightning all day I actually came up with some ideas for MP recharge. 1) 10% chance to regenerate X MP while moving. (Add to Electro Charge passive skill, requires Bolt monster) 2) Elemental Orbs picked up restore X MP 3) X MP is recovered from fallen allies
How do challenge streaks and not playing work? If I have a streak but haven't accepted another mission yet, can I take a break from playing/keep my streak until I accept another mission? If yes, if I look at the challenge and don't accept it, do I keep my streak?
I just tested this. If you do not take a new challenge right after finishing your last one, you can continue your streak even after days of not playing. I haven't done any challenges in days and did one just now. My longest streak went up. If however you look at a challenge and decline it, your streak will break. Force close can help save you from catching 200 monsters for 7 elemental orbs.
Erm, no, because Spoiler capturing Mana Leech only gives you Mana Blast and Mana Channel, and both do not regenerate your mana faster. The only way to regain mana faster is through pears and grapefruits.
Enjoying this so far but one little thing irks me. The shadows are placed so that it looks like the characters are floating as theres a gap between the people and the shadows.
That's something I noticed too, but to be fair, the people ARE floating. They don't have limbs. Also, especially with the guy with the cowboy hat, the shadow of his hat doesn't become visible until the shadow of the actual guy is visible. Weird. When in the wilderness, my monsters shadow is really pixely, although Foursaken might have done that for effect or just didn't think it was useful having a HD shadow. All in all, shadows don't do anything to affect the game, so if their is a few bug with them I doesn't really matter that much.
Sorry to hear. I've had crashes too. Mostly after an arena fight. Only one crash in the wilderness, and it's when I was max loaded on blobs going into deeper levels. Well not too deep... only about level 4.
Other than the fruit vendor prior to the patch, I haven't crashed since I finished the story quest and coliseum. Most crash issues seem to disappear when you finish most of the story and they patched most of the big ones. Post patch, I did a run through the snow map and got up to level 22. I farmed close to 800 elemental orbs in that run (got bored). No crash even if there were 40 blue blobs dying at the same time on the screen. Deepest I've been was prior to the patch, which was up to level 42 on two maps. iPhone 5, 7.x
All these 4 button combos and no one lists xp bonus? for the record, putting on essences that give bonus to special result in disgusting xp bonuses before long. It makes for a steady leveling rate if you keep up the bonus almost all the time. Trade off is it takes almost all your mana. But you level insanely faster. Insanely. Blue blobs are just the BEST.
Truth. 54exp per kill with max Special. Easily get over 30k xp per run. First monster should have max Special and MP, at least 250 strength and whatever defense you can manage. HP won't be a problem till a lot deeper into the wild. Have the EXP skill. Get both bat and rock essences and you're good to clear every floor without using any apples, maybe grapefruits/pears only for MP. Flower head is good too but not essential. HP will never dip below 90%. Meadows: Imbue bolt Cliffs: Fire Snow: Earth Best map for leveling: Snow lv3+, tons of rooms with 10 blue blobs at a time. Bring fly/teleport/wild fruits in case the pincers grab and send you out of the map. Best grinding skills: Earthquake and Poison Cloud. Earthquake can clear 2.5 rooms at lower floors while Poison Cloud lasts up to 60 seconds with max Special and the large PBAOE hits for 107 every puff, killing any blue blob instantly.
I'm enjoying this more than I thought I would, one strange thing though. The volume is really loud, even when the volume control is only on one notch its loud, must be related to this game as my other games are quiet when the volume control is set to low.
Flower head Does the flower head only regenerate hp when in town or should it regenerate out in the wild also? It only seems to regenerate in town for me.
Do you have the passive unlocked (I forgot the name but I think its Photosynthesis)? You need to capture a few Bloomer or Polleer to do so. Also, are you standing still (not moving)? The regeneration in town has nothing to do with Photosynthesis.
It would be nice if I could see the catch rate of an elemental monster before I use the temporary item to switch to its element to catch it. (I could change my monster's default element, except I'm mainly trying to catch my monster's current type... And I was doing super effective damage on one monster, switched to catch it, then did only 1 damage per hit and couldn't get it hurt enough to catch.)
