Summary of bugs/suggestions list updated 10/16 Dear Foursaken Media,I went back and tried to gather summary of issues players reported - Keep up the good work on this amazing game! 1. Once we "finish" the PVE section of the game I would suggest being able to Queue for PvP from anywhere and it allowing you to go play PVE while still in Que. 2. Crashing is a huge issue, both in Coliseum when swapping monsters or winning as well as crashing when traveling back to town. Sometimes the coliseum freezes in between wins at the VS screen and the monsters are not animated but just frozen. 3. Co Op - please consider tweaking co-op matching with friends so it actually works 100%. Consider adding more of a challenge mode with higher difficulty or even hardcore (dying = loss of all items or the monster?) 4. Please consider Wild Fruit item (travel up one level in the wild) - being sold by merchants! Once we get high in power it can be quite time consuming to get to level 5+ 5. As mentioned before, a quick view visual icon on monsters we need to catch so we can know which we need and which we don't. 6. Tweak skills and items descriptions so it's more clear what Required is by allowing an expanded information button for each skill requirement. 7. Allow us to move the HP hud or allow a small HP bar above our monsters head or make our circle at our feet become our HO bar option 8. PLEASE make the % above monster heads larger option 9. What do we do with our gold end game? More money and essence sinks, also more IAP options like a $2 IAP that guarantees at least 1 top tier essence 10. Please nerf and balance some skills especially in PvP 11. Suggest: allow us to pay iAP to unlock "1 catch of a monster" not a whole skill but if u have 1/15 Ancient for example u can pay $1 for 1 catch - I know some players would go for it and it hurts no one - 12. I am level 60 and still unsure what essence + means in monster essence summary/comparison screen. it really needs an interface clarification for items comparisons 13. I would suggest that monsters in higher level difficulties do a flat 1% + damage per hit. The whole hit for 1 damage is really annoying if anything. The difficulty needs to scale more. 14. Some maps pathing has invisible walls in areas that look crossable there are invisible walls. Perhaps look at this as sometimes items fall behind plants etc. 15. I believe "Magnet" passive is really an amazing skill. Perhaps think about adding other skills that can not be found in the wild, or make it much harder to gather them for example 30/30 or 50/50 catches or you can pay one time $0.99 to unlock it now for convenience. This would still allow it to be available to all just another way to support developers. I know the general community frowns upon IAP but we need to support the developers too. 16. Add into tutorial how to plant trees or add a beginner quest - add to tutorial that we can use skills from inventory screen in the while (even if not equipped) 17. Please add words that specify what level of map the rescue Francis is- many many players were lost on this quest 18. Add tips on how to get more monsters 19. Some users report that snowy map sometimes showed black background in place of snow. 20. Toggle option to stop pet attack on whatever you have selected while net is out. (They can still attack the rest.) 21. Add a button for dash option, swipe can be supper annoying with touch to move control scheme! Myself and others suggested this. 22. Please consider adding a "full screen inventory" option, rather than the current one which only utilizes about 70% of the available screen area. iPhone can be brutally small and text hard to read. 23. Please allow for some type of anti-stun defense, it is not fun being perma-stunned! - maybe diminishing returns? 24. Premium monster skins? Allows us IAP way to change our monsters look! 25. Add a new item gold/essence sink which can teleport us to our highest achieved map level! I would even consider IAP for this (for those of us level 10+ It's time consuming and crash risk just traveling back up there) 26. Health bars toggle for all monsters - I suggest the minster circle at their feet be the HP bar, the circle gets unraveled as they lose HP (think of a fuse set in a circle and set the fuse) 27. Consider adding friend chat or world chat lobby. Maybe an in town merchant u pay to enter a chat room or something along those lines. 28. Add skills/passives that allow us a Defense heavy monster to get damage boosts with these new skills/passives 29. make bird helper, mole helper optional toggles 30. Some players complained about some quests having more text than text box supported - also a larger text option toggle. 31. Limit max amount of spitter plants, it is game breaking! 32. Fix experiencer / magnet/ pets afk farming exploit 33. Allow us to replay Coliseum PVE 34. Fix pets being jittery/shaking when against a wall or your monster shaking when u tap to move against a wall, they should just stop at wall and not shake wildly. Also pets tend to drift from you - perhaps rework blob so instead of having 8 blobs u can have 3 but they shoot at a rate of 8 blobs? Less strain on the devices 35. Fix the pushing of spitter plants by your blob pets. 36. Do not allow us to teleport to town while in combat... It makes it too easy to escape tough situations 37. Perhaps build in a mini-game with the farming in mind where we can build plant and maintain a garden. 38. Allow an in town storage chest where we can store any items we may have too much of. For example I have 25 mega of each fruit and now if I find some or want to harvest more I can't! not fun 39. Add a loot wheel/lottery gold/essence/real money sink with unique new parts stronger than what is available now. 40. Allow us to Queue for Co-op and go play PVE while Que keeps looking for a player - this would be amazing and some harder challenge and unique rewards available in co-op only! New co-op achievements and quests and maybe a co-op only hard map! 41. If game detects there was a crash previously it should give a popup that asks the player if they wish to visit a support forum tips thread that teaches them to clear background open apps and restart phone etc. 42. Official Monster Adventures wiki and forums??? 43. Please consider making this game more friendly option for color blind people. 44. Allow us to stop our attack skill on the auto target and attack enemy control scheme- perhaps I don't want the punch or cast to always be on in some situations I can just tap on that skill once again to make my monster stop attacking. 45. Recruit a friend program with in game unique rewards! 46. Facebook integration. 47. Further money sink and essence sink customization like runes or tablets that hive specific boosts. 48. More in game music added 49. Add a skill that costs a lot of mana but makes our target instantly more susceptible to be caught regardless of their HO/our net 50. Allow us a way to sort monsters we know by type (fire, water, rock etc.). Also allow us to hide known ones. 51. Allow a toggle to help us sort our monster essences or even allow us to rename them. For example the passive/skills that Require: certain essence wording should tell us specifically which monster essence on what body part. 52. Players have complained Mayor challenge rewards do not get much better or are otherwise too small. 53. Please consider a skill or IAP purchase that enables a passive chance to catch monsters after u kill them. This 5-10% chance would allow us to focus on adventure and action rather than slow it all down by using net all the time. 54. Some monsters show as complete while others do not show the complete checkbox even though we have caught all of that monsters skills. Users report various monsters are bugged, for example for me it is Manta and Spidoc show as no checkmark while I have all their skills while other users have them correctly and show other monsters as incorrect. 55. Fix the town glitch near alchemist that allows you to walk outside the map or push another NPC into there 56. The spitter plant encyclopedia description needs a touch-up with more details I assume 57. Phosphect and crabsect move funnily when using clawgrab, also our own crab grab skill needs to be made to look more natural. 58. Enemies clawgrab can place you outside the map sometimes, I experienced that myself in the snow area map where they pushed me off the bridge and it took me a whole minute to get out. 59. Sometimes you get stuck in rock area map where a giant rock is in your way towards the teleporter room and no matter what you do (including circling edges of map in every direction) you cannot enter that map square. It has happened to me 3 times so far and I was forced to use Wild Fruit to progress. 60. Elemental rangers and elementals should look a bit different – for example Bolt Elemental and Bolt Ranger is nearly 100% identical and hard to distinguish in the wild. 61. Allow us to sort skills and passives based on type of attack or possibly allow us to “hide from main list” any particular skill or passive. For example there are some truly useless skills like for example personally I would never consider using Slime Ball but it takes up a space . 62. Allow us ability to give up a kings challenge quest. 63. Fix enemy pathing so they are not allowed to go through the colloseum wall or not allowed to go off map into vegetation in solo wild. continued below #64+

In terms of bugs, I've only experienced a few, one of the worst is the terrain bug for Snowlands, which replaces the background for those maps that do not have bridges with terrible flashing black background with icons on it. A related bug might be the floating white sail that I assume was supposed to be a floating leaf texture. Another bug is on very rare occasions, the Wildlings will spawn, and just stand there doing nothing. This lasts for a few maps, or until the randomly spawned bandit/knight appears, then everything starts to move and attack again. EDIT: Adding in photos to show what I mean for the first bug. Black background with icons. This background will flash very often, which is very painful to the eyes. (Not due to the critical strikes flashing, although that hurts my eyes almost as much.) Sometimes it loads very strange textures for the background, not sure why. Snowlands maps with bridges are perfectly fine, only maps without bridges get the strange textures. On the left, bridge-less map with weird texture. On the right, map with bridge that loads the proper texture. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 98. Option to turn off screen flashing when being attacked by many enemies, option to turn off low HP red screen flashing 99. Option to turn off damage numbers less than 10, li get hit by 1 alllllot... 100. Option to turn off healing numbers 101. Solens had the following issue: "had a very buggy Coliseum fight (8th division, 2nd monster). I had split the monster into the final 4 parts, and all four were wailing on me at the edge of the arena. When I whittled them down to two, one suddenly disappeared, and my monster turned invisible, but can otherwise attack the last remaining monster. When I killed the last one, the top left corner health bar still displays one remaining monster, but I cannot see it nor my own monster. The game then hanged after a while. However, on my second attempt, this bug did not occur." 102. Solens points out: - Spidoc/Gardoc are missing the Super Sprint icon in the Encyclopedia - Manta/Sharka are missing Poison Claws - I think Tigris/Panthern are missing Claw Swipe 103. Sprint bug - clicking on the sprint ability shortly before its duration expires causes the duration bar to return to full. However, you do not increase in movement speed and the skill is locked out for a few seconds. 104. Bug with a new level loading with only one map total. Duivs posted a pic
Whoa, what the heck is that - anyone else seeing these texture bugs? Can't seem to reproduce... you say it only happens on snow segments without a bridge? P.S. what device and OS are you running?
In the past Forusaken has always honored a players help request if they lost something in game just shoot them a PM and if they deem your issue is worthy a reimbursement they have a system of sending you a in game code you put into your settings and get your stuff. All their games have this built in!
Very cool thanks! Not surprised in the least given how active and responsive they are on the forums here! To date, this is the ONLY company I spent money on for iap's, and on a paid game to boot! Just phenomenal games for the money spent, at least before the crashes
Yes i can confirm i have seen most of the below bugs myself. Also maps where i am stuck no way to progress to the portal map because no way to enter that map square no matter what.
I can confirm this as well. Not only weird texture, but it is twitching and blinking too. Really hurt my eyes trying to concentrate.
I'm on an iPod Touch 3rd Gen, with OS 5.1.1 Bugs that I have experienced before: - Snowlands bridge-less map textures - white sail floating textures - crashing when talking to fruit vendor (happened right after getting Mana Channel, unsure if this is the cause or just coincidence) - wildlings suddenly stop moving and attacking, until a few maps/bandit spawns (not sure which is cancelling out the bug) - my monster goes under the floor, but is otherwise fine (this gets fixed by going to the next level, or using Flight) - once, I had a very buggy Coliseum fight (8th division, 2nd monster). I had split the monster into the final 4 parts, and all four were wailing on me at the edge of the arena. When I whittled them down to two, one suddenly disappeared, and my monster turned invisible, but can otherwise attack the last remaining monster. When I killed the last one, the top left corner health bar still displays one remaining monster, but I cannot see it nor my own monster. The game then hanged after a while. However, on my second attempt, this bug did not occur. EDIT: For the Snowlands texture bug, I can reliable replicate that bug on my device. It only happens on the maps that do not have bridges (wide open space with no barriers to movement). If there are bridges, no weird textures. If there are none, weird flashing textures. All the time. 2nd EDIT: I forgot one more bug. With regards to the Monster Encyclopedia not displaying a checkmark despite having mastered all skills displayed; it's not that you haven't captured all of the wildlings that have that skill, it's just that some of the skills are not being displayed and you DO have to capture more of that wildling. List of such cases: - Spidoc/Gardoc are missing the Super Sprint icon in the Encyclopedia - Manta/Sharka are missing Poison Claws - I think Tigris/Panthern are missing Claw Swipe Final EDIT (I swear): Despite all the bugs, I have managed to complete just about everything (complete story quest, beat all Coliseum Divisions, collected all wildlings, mastered all abilities). Only bug that might have hindered me was the fruit vendor crash, but I got that bug after I've practically maxed out my Mega Apple/Pear/Grapefruits and have captured almost all the wildlings so I didn't really need those Blossoms anymore. And the Snowlands one means I just avoid that area unless the story quest required me to go there, or a wildling could only be found there (fortunately just the frost crab, if I recall correctly).

Re: fruit merchant bug I spoke to him just a bit ago and still crashed. I couldn't talk to the merchant for nearly a day already. Imediately after reloading the app, I went into the wild. I had a bunch of items at 25 (max) so I tried intentionally wasting 1 of all of those maxed out sicca items, grapefruits and pears in the wild and went out. I know maxed out apples are okay so I left those at 25. I was immediately able to talk to the fruit vendor.
I'm still irked this game isn't on apples featued page, I plan a boycott... Well I still have to use it but I'm not happy about it
I got 3 essence iaps and got 1 rare, 1 uncommon and rest are common. Still pretty good since I got +240hp on that rare. And I was at level 3. It sure does speed it up. And how do you make your monster to a specific type? Any FAQ sites out there?! And so far not experiencing any crashes, but then again I'm level 10 now and I only go up to level 2... I'm on Iphone 4s 64gb and IOS 7.

Hey guys just about the crashes upon win in the arena- mine used to crash, but I always finished the opponent with burrow, so maybe you should just try to melee the last chunk of health and see how that goes.
I'm really unclear what to do. Do they need to be bashed a bit first in the wilderness before you can net them? Also I've netted a few. Portalled back and looked at them in the Journal but don't know what do with them then. I've play Pokemon and Zelda on my DS before but this is quite different. Loving it but want to understand the mechanics a bit better. Anyone doing a How to Guide? TA themselves maybe.
Right. You beat them until they're gone and collect coins, or whittle down their health and capture them with the net. Once they're in the journal, you keep netting them until you have enough to unlock an ability you get to use. You really don't do anything actively with the journal. It's just a record of what you captured and how many more you need to unlock an ability.
