But when you kill a monster there's a chance to drop its essence right? I have one and I'm pretty sure that's how I got it.

Of the many reasons I would rather keep a with a Foursaken title on my device than most triple A games on my computer, the stream of content-filled patches that usually see your games swell to many times their initial shape and form is probably one of my favourites.

Have you similar plans for Monster Adventures? What might we expect to see in the future? New abilities and monster essences is probably a given, but what else will you conjure for a game that already ships with co-op and PvP? (And can I suggest an alternative mode where we choose three of our monsters to protect our turret-equipped fruit stash from very hungry wildlings that attack in endless waves? ;) )

Nice updates, thanks dev. So is the auto saving in the wilderness every level?

Please let us have an option to set free some unwanted monster that we build wrongly too

Looking forward for an hp bar for boss mob too.

Need more powerful ancients, it's getting easy now haha.

I think we need an update to address an issue with discerning monsters.

I can't tell the difference between the rangers and the elementals. Also the tree golem looks like barker. Maybe we can have an option to toggle monster names?

    Guess what? Classified.
    Classified.
Oh no! You misunderstood me, by "thanks for integrating my list", I was talking to ChaosProdigy- thanking him for adding some of the things on my list so I didn't have to repeat them. Wow looking back at that post I sound like a jerk :/

    BUT WAIT
    I found this NEW BUG!
On kings quests where there is two rewards, (I have only tested with the second reward as money) I don't get my money!
    Most cases is it says
"Reward: big blue dings fruit (example)
    Reward: 2250 coins (example)"
For some reason I don't get the money, which is what I really want right now.

Also, thanks to scavenger, I have over 100 elemental orbs- so whenever the fruit vendor is selling blossoms I literally spam the buy button until I have about 20.
I find this bad as elemental orbs are meant to be the 'premium currency' (not like you guys at Foursaken would ever do such a thing)

And finally a question about stats:
From what I have heard, the max stat is 999, but what is the max stat for health?

Feel free to max out the blossoms to 25 like fruits.

Yeah 999 is max for stats and MP. Note that your actual stat value is masked by your equipped essences. I'll work on my tanky caster and find out max hp :D

That awkward moment when you realise your level 1 monster has the same amount of health as your level 37 monster

elemental orbs aren't meant to be a "premium currency" in any way. It's just another currency besides gold the same as Mana is just like another indicator besides Health.
And cuz u change the elemental of ur monster, it makes perfect sense that u need elemental orbs instead of gold to do so.

Thought I'd share my pet at its early lv99 state. I still have to find rare essences but the parts are pretty close to what I want right now.

The Manta essence also works as claws so it's a beauty with Claw Swipe, Poison Claws and Manta Sting. :D Batt for the lifesteal and wings for crowd control and flying (that free teleport!), Volcane mainly for Stone skin.

Edit: Believe it or not, I got all those essences From the regular merchant!

Has anyone managed to capture all the Wildlings yet? I'm missing just two, and it's driving me nuts. The silhouette of one looks like Barker and Edoaken, but I've already have them, and the last one has a roundish body with one hand larger than the other. Any clue where to find them?

In terms of bugs, I've only experienced a few, one of the worst is the terrain bug for Snowlands, which replaces the background for those maps that do not have bridges with terrible flashing black background with icons on it. A related bug might be the floating white sail that I assume was supposed to be a floating leaf texture. Another bug is on very rare occasions, the Wildlings will spawn, and just stand there doing nothing. This lasts for a few maps, or until the randomly spawned bandit/knight appears, then everything starts to move and attack again.

EDIT: Adding in photos to show what I mean for the first bug.

Black background with icons. This background will flash very often, which is very painful to the eyes. (Not due to the critical strikes flashing, although that hurts my eyes almost as much.)

Sometimes it loads very strange textures for the background, not sure why.

Snowlands maps with bridges are perfectly fine, only maps without bridges get the strange textures.

On the left, bridge-less map with weird texture. On the right, map with bridge that loads the proper texture.

    On a totally irrelevant note:
I noticed a lot of people are arguing that 'Magnet' is OP and should be a paid feature, to (from what I have seen, one objector :p)
But personally I think magnet should only work if you are imbued with electric. Now I know that everyone will go electric if this is implemented, but at least both sides will be moderately happy.

Has anyone got any tips on finding the Rare merchant?

I saw him once a long time ago, but was too low level to farm anywhere close to enough cash to get any!

Tried at multiple times throughout the day, no luck.. Would it be in combo with anything? Like buying out all the regular merchant stuff?

Hope the update fixes the crashes. I've lost a few really great runs :/

Makes it really really hard to keep exploring when a crash can make you lose 45mins in an instant.

Guess I'll wait til patch to play more.

I am starting to really like this game, now that I can last a bit and capture a lot on any run through the wilderness and first few levels on the cliffs.

For those who atg having a hard time to start off with: go into the wilderness but stay close to the exit - don't worry about exploring until you level up a bit and capture the basic monsters on the first level. This will give you a few skills and being near the exit will save the frustration of losing everything when you die. Better at first to make short trips and keep all your experience and wildlings than to be frustrated because you keep passing out. Once you get more levels and health, you can start exploring a bit more (plus, planting a few fruit trees helps with giving you that extra hp when you are injured and trying to catch just one more before heading out.

I'd say forget about him. As you progress (not sure if it's by monster level or by story quest), the regular merchant will start selling uncommon and rare essences too and he'll always be there, plus he refreshes stocks more than once a day unlike the hooded merchant who only sells 3 items, albeit rares and sometimes an extra monster slot. I've only ever been able to buy 3 rares from him because he either didn't have anything I liked or I had no money at the time. In all the times I've seen that rare merchant, I never saw that 10,000g purchase for another monster. I got 2 extra monsters anyway from random places you'll come across so just hang on to that gold and save it for those 5,000g essences!

Tree Golem - Meadow, level 3+. Grass type. Compared to Barker, the golem's body is shorter, has no head and has bigger eyes looking slightly downward.

Rock Golem - Cliffs, level 3+. ...Rock type.
