My starter guy is rocking 1K+ hp and a heft ATK and DEF at lvl 19. Just need better physical abilities.
I meant u have to catch them both. Not in the same time or in the same run. I have lots of unseen monsters left. I'm still grinding in the meadows.
A noob question A little help please, to clear a map i need to clear all areas in that map, do I have to clear all areas before I go back to town or can I clear a area & go back to town and clear the other areas?
Probably u need to capture them more than once. Get it ASAP, dmg so much more thn any of the 2 punch skills.
To tele to the next map U just need to clear the room with a spiral sign. Catch enough blob to unlock the summon blob skill and u will be alright.

Got a good amount of stat fruit. Not going to use on my 1st guy though. How are special stat attacks? Was thinking building MP/DEF/Special with some HP
Nope, u don't have to clear them all. Probably just every room u will encounter on your way to the portal room. For the Swipe Claw Skill: I only catched them both once. Right after i catched Phantern, a message popped up that i got the swipe claw skill.
You can either buy them for 10,000 from the Special Merchant in black robes that appears at intervals in the town, or you can wait until you've opened the Cliffs, where you will get the objective of finding Francis in the Cliffs, and you will get a 2nd monster upon completion of that.
This game is criminally priced at $2. Once you have the ability to customize your monster it is addictive. Love that you have multiple things to do (try to go farther, kings quest, catch multiple monsters ...). If you are at all thinking about this game, get it instead of waiting for the $1 sale a month or so from now. I was honestly thinking of picking up a 3DS and Pokemon, but now I'm set for now until hopefully a 3DS price drop. Actually I would go far enough to say that this game is making me hope for a retina iPad mini to be my primary gaming device (for ergonomic reasons) instead of the latest iPad. Oct.22nd can't get here fast enough.
I would recommend you build one Bolt heavy monster and one Attack heavy monster, hp, mp and defense work well on both. For third moster i would like to say that defense heavy monster is viable but so far i haven't found any damage skills that scale off defense (sadly) so defense heavy third monster is not viable at this time
I agree man! It would be super helpful if we can access a "summary of enemies skills we haven't unlocked yet" or allow us a option toggle to show only those we are missing and make it accessible IN THE WILD. Right now i am forced to write fown on a piece of paper but i forget what the monsters look like
I never really use fruits so they maxed out at 25 each. I decided to go use em to get the lv10 achievement. When I saw this map though, I just said NO. Took quite a while to get through since I wanted to catch a lot of stuff I was missing: Went from lv42 to 46 got 43 items too
