I know you addressed this to FM but I want to add and give my personal thoughts. #1. Agree. Similar thing happened to me. Good suggestion. #6. Edit: this is a non-issue to me. #7. The way I understood it was that this is part of the puzzlle element to it. Not everything is clearly written as we must figure some things out and how to do them. I could most def be wrong and this is an oversight. But I'm glad you brought that up. This reminds me of Zelda in that you need to figure out how to progress or unlock something. Again though, maybe it's an oversight and I'm just wishful thinking. #8. Thats strange. It gives me as much time as I want to read the new leveled stats. I tap when I'm done. I agree stats are important though. #10. The net. OK so this is where my opinion really differs unless I misunderstand you. The net adds a good amount of depth to the game play. So instead of simply spamming of the various attacks or skills, sometimes you gotta change it up when you want to collect instead of obtaining gold. This is part of what makes this game excellent in my eyes. So I plead, do not take away the net element. I want a choice between collecting and obtaining gold. #12. Shouldn't there be penalties for no execution? I mean everything can't be win win win and no consequence to losing. Perhaps they could add a "casual mode" but still, not sure about this one. This is kind of a large issue to me on why a lot of mobile games can't be taken seriously because it's a walk in the part and lack consequence. Perhaps I misunderstand what you're saying... #13. I agree it would be nice to easily know when the fountain is replenished. Again you brought up some interesting points and I felt compelled to throw my input in here since I too am really liking this game.
The fountain has bubbles when you can heal. The water is calm when you can't. Has anyone had luck with the mayoral quest of killing 3 wildlings in .5 secs? I can't get it
Nice pickup! I hadn't noticed that. Thanks! Edit: What level are you? Once your attack is high enough, killing the enemies becomes quick and easy.
As a huge fan of H&C, I have to say I was underwhelmed and let down a bit by Monster Adventures. I think if ScotDamn's list of concerns were addressed it could help the game a lot. I think the main problem starting out is the difficulty. Not that the game itself is inherently difficult or punishing, but it just doesn't feel very rewarding at the onset. I feel like I can barely get anywhere before being forced to run back to town to heal, which is really not a fun feeling when you are starting a game. It seems like there are a lot of features and fun elements in the game coming up, but aren't becoming accessible soon enough. The problem is I don't know how much patience I have to make short runs into the wilderness and then have to run right back. Maybe just a little more early game balancing is in order?
Once you get the burrow ability, you can pop up in the midst of a group of fuzzies, killing them instantly.
I unlocked Volcane Eruption passive - but it says "requires" in red and i cant use it... any ideas? i assume i must be fire to use it as i am rock atm... ?
Agree! Plus netting the mobs becomes easier as you level up and get better nets. I love the net mechanics myself.
I'm level 6 with full set of escences . Very fun game but starting to feel the grind. Also my abilities consist of Burrow, force shot or something like that and speedy.
Question/Suggestion about passive "Experiencer" - 100mana, earn x experience per kill while ability is active - any type of visual duration for this buff would be appreciated or does it already exist somewhere and i missed it? I always wonder do i blow 100 mana or is it still working?!?!
Suggestion: allow us to see "new" banner on essences like you show "new" on the list of the monsters we discover. This way if we do find or buy $1 for 10 essences we can quickly see what is new. Allow us to sort essences by type, new, rarity Please consider adding a in game option to make the option inventory screen, monster screen and skills / passive tabs FULL Screen- it is so hard to see on the smaller iPhone devices and would be amazing if full screen. --- Any tips / troubleshooting steps for enabling iPhone iCloud game to sync with same iCloud but on my iPad? The regular essence merchant gets new inventory once every 3 hours but today at 8:25pm EST i found the hinted at rare merchant. He is located just a little to the right from regular merchant right where i am standing in below picture and randomly appears in other town spots also. His store is randomised once a day it looks like He sells a blank new monster for 10,000 gold and also sells second rarity full star essences (2 different ones in my case) i ended up buying the monster but as soon as you buy 1 thing he dissapears so choose wisely! So far i found common, 1 star not filled (just star outline) and 1 star filled white star essences so not sure if that is max quality. I found all the above at regular merchant by checking every 3 hours. PS Just confirmed he spawns at different town locations randomly so be aware of his black hoodie, seen next to mayor as well PPS I DO highly recomend you buy 1 more monsters because you can use 2 in the Colloseum! Not sure if 2 is max but u definitely will benefit greatly from having 2 Black Hooded Merchant, easy to miss! Exact location!
My gf made a good point this game is kind of like Spore. Did you guys( Forsaken) base this game at all off spore or get any motivation from it?
