I have to be the guy who bumps a thread because he didn't get an answer to his question...but not being able to mortgage properties in driving me crazy! If anyone knows, I would be eternally grateful for a reply.
I've played another monopoly, this one seems to have better graphics. It depends a lot of lucky and the AI used to be nice on deals. It wasn't very smart even on hard mode.
