But you're not angry with gameloft, who scam consumers on a global scale? Looks like GL have brainwash you... And thousands of others. You will probably defend what you say in the next post.... Because like I said GL has washed your mind and I won't listen.
I think to really get back at the people who illegally pirated the game, they should only reset the people who already downloaded the game, and then after a few months when the game has already been released, ban them. That way they will still probably buy the game, so gameloft won't lose the potential revenue. @Gov I know gameloft has done some really stupid and aggravating things, but how have they scammed and brainwashed consumers.
Scam? It's a premium game, with no IAP. Say what you will about Gameloft's past business models, they genuinely appear to be changing. Regardless, if you don't like a company, why pirate their game? If gameloft is so, so bad, why are you so desperate to get a pirate copy of a game, days ahead of its launch? Seems you like gameloft more then you care to admit.
I admit, I hated GL for what they have done to my beloved O&C Online which I've played for years before rage quitting. On the other hand, it is developed by an completely different team in Korea so things might be working slightly different for them. I mean, no one forces me to play their games. Dont like it? Then quit or dont buy it. It's also their loss at some point and I had damn much fun for the money I've invested in. Still, I was surprised when MC5 was announced without any IAP's, I rly couldn't believe it and I hope they dont implement it or make it completely free later one. Just want them to make this one a top notch premium experience with many content updates. So there goes their second chance. But seriously, coming over here and asking for who you can download it illegaly just takes the cake. Especially asking Rip about that lol.
are you serious I mean yeah every now and then you'll get a game by Gameloft that has in app purchases and maybe is not up to par with some of their other games but as far as Modern Combat 5 goes I think that's a great deal$6.99 for full campaign a bunch of side missions and online multiplayer how can you go wrong?
Alright guys I think we should move away from the current topic into another. Opinions on some of the game features maybe? @MC5feed is releasing a good chunk of info (he just gathers the info, he doesn't have a copy" Apparently guns are formatted in tiers. The higher the tier, the better the gun is. What do you guys think? I think its going to offset the balance & now theres no reason to go back to older guns. When a game ends in a tie, a sudden death begins. Everyone only has one life & the last team standing wins! I thought this was really cool. Good idea. While the categorization of weapons may offset balance, it is nice to clearly see what guns are better than others, especially when you just start the game. On the topic of the sudden death, I think it is a great idea and will lead to some interesting, clutch moments. I also think that the S&D game mode is much-needed.
Yeah I guess thats one positive. I hate to see MC3&4's system go away though >.< Where they tried to balance all the guns so that they were useable. Plus you wont have a major disadvantage if you're a lower level. Idk, I guess we'll have to see how mucher better the higher tiers are. Yeah! Theres so much more satisfaction in a kill when theres perma-death.
yeah good catch I noticed that during one of the steams although it does give you something to work toward in the game it could also discourage the player from using certain weapons because they are weaker than others if I had to say I would just make the different guns have different cosmetics have different rates of fire. basically being able to use all of the guns and have a different experience with each one but at the same time one not being stronger then the other.
On the guns being in tiers, I'm pretty sure that's not right. I believe each gun has a tier level within it not that each gun is in a different tier. The higher the internal tier level of the gun itself, the better it is obviously but that's not the same as a tier system that each gun is categorised into if you know what I mean. I suppose the easiest way to translate it is that each gun is "upgradable" (ish) through a tier system that relates to attachments. It's not an external rating system. I know I haven't explained that right but anyway, I'll stick with as the clearest I can come up with right now. On the draw thing, I'm going to be trying to get draws in games because of that sudden death/last man standing. Its one of the elements of WoT Blitz that I love a lot. Its a permanent system in that, one life for one match, but it adds a whole lot of tension to the game so I can only see as something very entertaining and a feature of the type I was certainly hoping for.

Please, lets Tiered weapons - hope not unless it's as Rip described. Sudden death - yes please, also a complete MP mode like that would be awesome! I would suck at it at first, but it will be great fun! Also, those that played MC4 and ranked highly - having you been playing FPS recently? I tried playig Mc4 a few weeks back and was really bad. Just wondering if anyone else thinks it will take them a whole to get up to speed?
