No, you can switch between classes I usually use all of the guns. Depends on what I'm in the mood for. Feeling lazy, hard scope. Feeling aggresive, smg or quick scoping. Just a typical day, assualt or shotgun.
Let me ask you this. How often do you see snipers is ranked matches? Almost none because it is highly difficult and jus the fact you could get a hit off in the small maps should be rewarding enough. Why not make it a kill? Snipers are big slow powerful guns and the time it take me to hit someone in the chest; they could have put a full assault clip in me if i missed. Snipers have not been used in ranked matches and never will be. Hopefully custom matches will be brought back so i can have a sniping battle with my freinds. Custom sniper matches could be fun because if you get a body shot the other person has time to get a headshot. Assaulting is boring and not intersting at all and i feel thats all mc5 will be because I'm not so sure if shoty will be doing well.
I agree in that there is nothing more fun in MC than a sniper vs sniper battle, especially in a game were you can quickscope. I would love to have a 1v1 sniper tournament and may organize it one day. It feels great to one-shot an opponent but there also nothing more frustrating than missing or hitmarkering a shot and getting unloaded on. My point is that with sniper rifles it's all or nothing; hit or miss; live or die and it's all based on the sniper's only shot.

Hey Ryan, sorry for getting off topic, but is there any possibility of a new NOVA coming out in the future? I loved NOVA 2&3 and I really want to see NOVA 3's story resolved. I understand if you aren't able to say anything on the subject, though.

I'm going to play the campaign first to get some practice and unlock some stuff. I do want to play primarily sniper online but will have to see how that works out. I prefer to be sneaky and precise rather than run n gun. Although it use to be fun on AvP bunny hopping with a pulse rifle.
MC5 looks so shiit lmao they have had nearly 2 years to make this game and at most people wanted a few minors things tweaked from MC4. MC4 was near perfect IMO... All they had to do was have a 1 bolt & semi auto (Barrett .50cal) sniper which were one shot. At the bottom where it showed the kills make it more like COD where they constantly updated to show who is killing who instead of it lagging by showing each kill for a couple of seconds, also instead of showing 3 put 4. Better graphics (I would of been happy if the graphic were near similar to that of MC4 anyways), good maps like in MC3 & MC4. These are just minor tweaks and they had 2 years ffs. Instead they make the strongest sniper a 3 shot kill, graphics look disappointing, scoping in animation is shit, no quick scoping or trickshooting and only 4 ####ing map which are huge. Won't be buying MC5 it looks like complete garbage, MC series is now like COD, instead of listening to the players instead they do opposite and with each MC game worse than the one before it. MC3 & MC4 were near perfect...
You, good man, have not played the game, so you can not say it is sh#t at the moment. There are many more improvements than just what you said. No quick scoping isn't even confirmed yet. I am sorry that a game designed to play on a phone doesn't have hyper realistic graphics. I for one think it looks very good and it will be one of the best looking games on ios after it's release. It has been confirmed more maps will be added, and having the maps be huge is a pretty good consolation for that. I could go on and prove every thing wrong with your statement, but, as a wise woman once said, "Ain't nobody got time fo dat."
agreed. whilst I understand that people are upset about some features of MC5, and want to vent their anger, please calm down. At the end of the day no one is forcing you to buy the game, and you can just walk away from it. Also most of us in the thread haven't actually played it. And no matter how many times you complain about 'No Quick Scope' or 'Only 4 maps' (actually not a bad thing as they are big and means everyone should be able to learn them before they add more, also I don't think MC4 had that many at launch) or whatever else means chuff all, as you cant tell how good a game is until you have played it.
How can the maps being big make up for the fact that there are only 4? Apart from that not making any sense, MC4 maps sucked because the maps were way too big. Just look at the "remake" of Alert.

MC4 graphics were similar to MC3 but a bit better and I didn't give a phuck. - watching the stream the game looked shiit lol. - only 4 maps...everyone will get bored so quickly as there is no variety. - plus the running speed is so slow and then the maps are huge, meaning it will take the piss getting one side to the other.

A sniper shouldn't be a one shot kill. QS has been confirmed You don't care about graphics but you still complained in your initial post I'm pretty sure the game hadn't gone gold when the game was streamed, and it looked pretty great Slow running+big maps= having to actually think about how you play instead of mindlessly running around and shooting P.S.Learn to spell and quit looking for things to complain about.
