If I remember righty the red dot sights were different depending on the gun.

I've watched multiple mc5 videos and it looks like all the guns have little to no recoil, even the Charbtek!

Can I have it yet? This and Micromon will make me happy for a while.

You say that like it's a problem. Recoil is a nightmare to manage without a mouse or auto-aim.

I do say that like its a problem because it should be realistic. Also no recoil can lead to op weapons.

Oh no, no realism in the game with soldiers that have unexplained superpowers and are rewarded by their superiors for committing violent acts? Whatever will we do?

There's no realism here. It's an arcade shooter. There's always recoil, but it's very minimal.

No recoil or very little recoil means there will be very little skill required which changes MP dramatically, and not for the better IMO

Mc3 and 4 were fine. There are plenty of e-sport games out there where guns have little to no recoil.

Just because it's not a simulator doesn't mean it should be as unrealistic as possible.

I hope it has at least a little recoil or each gun different recoil , to make the multiplayer more fun and skill based !
I remember from MC4 there were guns with recoil. I can not remember from MC3 because I have not played it in a long time.

I agree with you on the graphics , for me its like bioshock infinite . Its cartoonish and realistic at the same time.

I also agree with the no recoil problem. Hope that was a early build or something because no recoil is going to ... how should I put it ... wreck multiplayer should I say ?

Its going to change multiplayer thats for sure and takes away the excitement of killing the enemy because its going to be much easier to kill without recoil. Also un realistic , some one commented something sarcastic about this game being unrealistic and well it has to have some realism in it , but I have to admit your comment made me laugh ( It was funny )

Anyways on a side note !!! CAN NOT WAIT FOR MULTIPLAYER STREAM !! We will see in the multiplayer stream if their is recoil on the guns .

Based on what grounds? Call of Duty's laser-like weapons? Battlefield? Titanfall? They all have recoil, but it's insignificant for close range battles, which is what they encourage in the first place.

    Basically, it's simply not true.

Realism =/= fun. Unrealism =/= fun. The arcadey gunplay is why the MC series is so popular; it's a carbon copy of Call of Duty in every way, including the arcadey, unrealistic gunplay where guns go from spraying bullets everywhere to putting bullets down a very thin tube.

    Skills

So I just watched bnatesgamer's video of all of the skills for the different classes in MC5, and unlike other people IMO they don't look that bad. It's hard to say which class will be the best, although it seems like the sniper class may be the worst because it's special ability is the ability to create a hologram decoy of yourself, which unfortunately doesn't really help you that much if you are a mobile sniper.

The only thing I hope is that the new skill system does NOT replace the perk system, instead hopefully it is just a new addition. Anyway I'm sure we'll find that out tomorrow.

    The skills are the perks

Its a tree. You get points as you level up and you put the points towards a skill(s). The more points you have, the further you can go into the tree and the better skills you can unlock. No one is certain wether you'll be able to acquire every skill or upgrade, or if the points are limited and you'll have to create a build.
