So far no! Which is pretty surprising as you would think the one place you would announce the launch date is E3.
Come On Gameloft, you must have finished the game by now! Your even given copies away! Give us a release date already...
This is why I look down on Gameloft. They never give us a release date til the very last second. It's better to know when to expect it, than when to not expect it. The only game that truly stuck with "coming soon" is Gangstar Vegas, and it came unexpected.
Well they haven't given us a date because they don't even know the release date. They do not have a gold build yet and they're working on some issues still. When the game is ready they'll give us a date. You can expect it this season though. Gameloft doesn't like to work with deadlines, along with many other iOS devs.
Here in California summer ends at August. If gameloft is going to keep their promise it should release before then. I also know that school starts September in the east coast but since ( I believe) modern combat 5 is being developed in San Francisco it should release before August. C'mon gameloft! You've been making me wait for a year and 6 months already!
I live in Lousiana, summer ends around early August, at any particular moment. But that would explain developers' different mindsets with release dates. Even though it's modern combat(and I'm glad that it's premium), I think Gameloft should have just went Freemuim, like with asphalt 8. It seems now that's all they're good at.
They're still not on the final build yet, (according to their stream last night) there are still a few balance tweaks they need to iron out. And those free copies are for launch, not now..
Yes I know those free copies are for launch, but their is no point offering them if the game isn't very close to completion. They need to hurry up and finish it, if devs don't set themselves deadlines they'll never finish the game.
http://youtu.be/BcaVvLtHZ64 So it's one of the demos from E3 this year and seems like game is not that well optimized on iPad 4?
