I heard information is to come the 24th of April. I'm not sure if it'll go through, though.

i'm not that excited anymore but still....its modern combat so i'm holding on to the fact that it'll make sense if they dont ruin their best franchise and the most anticipated ios game ever with anti-gaming mechanics....unless thats what they've implementing all this time since the delay.

 

Hopefully it WILL NOT require internet connection. WILL NOT. Just to make sure people get the picture.

 

If it does, I'll give up on Gameloft altogether.

 

I am afraid it will be also again heavily based on IAP just like MC4 was since there is more attachment and etc. It's kinda stupid that you pay $7 for a game and they try to charge you more after that.
If they make it F2P, I understand that just like DH4... But full priced game with IAP? Especially MP? God

 

I believe that Ryan (from Gameloft) said that only TAS2 and the Captain 'Murica would be the only Gameloft's games that would require internet connection for this 2014, still don't quote me on that, Gameloft is quite unpredictable.

 

The most unpredictable, and recurring thing with Gameloft is their tendency to give us a "coming soon" and never really getting a date out of that.

 

24th April? Hope it's true. It is a shame for gameloft to be silent for this game almost 6 months. I expect to read some news for BiA3 too.

 

Nope I think you are wrong. Yes it has IAPs but you certainly don't need to touch them to play the game properly in campaign or multiplayer mode. They only exist if you dont't want to unlock items through gameplay, you can pay money to get them.
The way MC4 impliments IAP is very different to the way a totally freemium based game does.

 

Will they do the whole website thing like with MC4? Where they released small bits of information every week or so up until the game was released? If they are going to, they'd better hurry up if they're gonna get this out by summer :S

Well hopefully this game will run decent on iPhone 5 or otherwise I won't bother buying it. I bought 5 last year thinking it would release sometime this season but nope. We probably won't see it until iPhone 6 hits
